Great to have him back on the bench, which is probably where he’ll be all season. The absolute weirdest purchase United’ve made in a long long time. I simply don’t see where he’d play?

The fact that he has more footballing intelligence and work rate than most in our squad. But who knows what state he’ll return - both mentally and physically.
I would have more confidence if prior to injury he was performing well. But fact of the matter is, for 12-18 months prior to his transfer, he was largely quite rubbish. I suppose a mitigating factor is that Chelsea, as a whole, were pretty shite…. But we can only judge players on recency. And recently he’s been cack for both club and country - and there was no indication of improvement in his early showings for United.

Massive, Moses, maybe my man Merman? 'member many moments. Mason might magically mutate. Must meditate.

This is a fair post. Flip side is if he can get back to close to his best he’s a weapon and he’s very hardworking. He could well turn out like Antony or Sancho and be a bust for a myriad of reasons but the transfer made sense to me at the time on the proviso that his injuries were behind him and he was coming here with something to prove. It’s looking less and less likely that he’s going to do the business here but I understand why we took the gamble and would give him another season or two anyway. We are stuck with each other for a while either way.

Seldom have I cared less for a United player than I do with him.
Bang average midfielder who doesn't fit the system and doesn't seem to connect with Bruno and Casemiro.

Even if Bruno got dropped and Mainoo/ Eriksen play behind him - which should enable him to play at his best, he's still fecking average.
Him and Antony are the biggest waste of money in United's club history.

The next time Ten Hag plays that dreadful midfield trio of Bruno, Mount and Casemiro again, I'm turning the TV off, I promise.

Funny so many people make fun of his name just because it starts with 2 Ms. What about Diogo Dalot or Paul Pogba?

Deliciously dedicated defender Diogo Dalot double down declining doing drugs, perhaps pontificating pending punishment provided previous pornographic playmaker Paul ‘Partyprankster’ Pogba pertaining participation per Pep’s Physical Performance Procurement Programme?

I expect nothing between now and the end of the season (apart from a few bad defeats), so any "change" is something that makes me a tiny bit excited.
Doubt he’ll get much of a chance anyway he doesn’t even take off Bruno never mind bench him

A lot of noise about him being in the Liverpool squad.we could have 90% of the squad back after the international break. Shame we'll still have no left back.

This is because of ETH decisions/approach, Bruno form this season would easily put him on bench under other manager and will most likely do next season.

Not saying Mount is better, but Bruno is not setting the bar high that's all. And MM has not been bad for us this season, his "only" problem are the injuries.
