Had that feeling but it felt so unbalanced. Also felt bad leaving out the king but Ronaldo was impossible to exclude. Feel scholes is very overrated in hindsight whereas beckham doesn’t get taken seriously. Beckham free kicks to Bruce would be lethal.

The only thing I'd point out is that Scholes is never going to cover ground and track back to cover the right wing. That's going to be open for the opposition to attack all match long.

I think so as well. And Ronaldo was better anywhere in the front 3 and Giggs was obviously better than Rooney on the left. So I think I agree with you. As good as Rooney was, there's nobidy for him to replace in that front 3.
