    Any news on Odegaard, Zinchenko, Ramsdale, Partey injuries?
    Partey is definitely out. Odegaard, Zinchenko and Ramsdale all pictured at the hotel. Arteta said they will be assessed today. Zinchenko hasn't trained in a few days so I can't see him being involved.

    I’d like to see this:

    de Gea

    Malasia
    Varane
    Martinez
    Dalott

    Ericsson
    Casemiro
    Fernandez

    Anthony
    Rashford
    Sancho

    The spelling mistakes were deliberate, just to see who it triggers.

    I was just wondering that.

    In the league, we won four on the trot in November/December 2020, followed by five in March/April 2021; the latter run starting with the great 2-0 at Citeh.
    Thanks for that!

    Starting Ronaldo would be huge mistake. We need to hit them on the counter whilst staying compact in good defensive shape.

    Buzzing for this one! Vitally important we win the midfield hence why I reckon ETH is going to draft in Casemiro to partner alongside McTominay. We can’t allow them to control the midfield and allow Ødegaard the time and space to pull the strings otherwise they are just going to eventually pick us off. Antony will start on the bench and be introduced at some point.

    DDG

    Dalot Varane Martinez Malacia

    McTominay Casemiro

    Sancho B.Fernandes Rashford

    CR7

    Heaton, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Fred, Eriksen, VDB, Antony, Elanga

    Manchester United 1-0 Arsenal

    I'm not anti Scottish, I just wanted Moyes out.

    Same, just swap Bruno for MCT or Fred. And Erikson as our 10

    ==============De Gea

    Dalott===Varane===Martinez====Malasia

    =========Fred==Casemiro

    ============Eriksen

    =====Anthony========Sancho

    I wonder if Antony could just go straight into the starting lineup? Had at least a few days of training and doesn't need to necessarily the same time to integrate as other signings as he knows Erik's system already.

    He has to start for the below reasons

    • For romantic reasons, this will be the perfect welcome for him at the club.
    • Because Elanga has shown he's not ready to be a starter yet
    • He's exactly the type of player you want for this game
    • You have nothing to lose if you start him - if he doesn't perform nobody will complain, but if he does, it will be a huge boost for his season
    • I already have him in my fantasy team

    Been a good weekend for us so far without kicking a ball yet, now up to us to capitalise.

    No Thomas Partey but otherwise pretty much full strength.

    Their first XI is pretty good, but they are woefully short of depth. Injuries to just one or two key players can really derail them. Saka, Jesus or Martinelli getting injured is a big drop off with the replacements.

    They seem to excel in between the lines so the game will be won or lost on whether our midfield closes off that space.

    If we can win this one, we are 5th with 3 points off the top, and only 2 points behind city. From there it's anyone's season. I'd be chuffed with a result here, it would change the outlook of the season completely.

    Casemiro will be vital in keeping Odegaard quiet.

    Good evening!

    Whilst I have you here - Garner and Chong no longer play for United
    And the Score Prediction League Table still doesn't work properly
    :D
    Apologies, Paul. I read it but I can't do anything about it. Tagging @Niall
    @Niall James Garner should no longer be an option for lineup predictions :)
    Garner and Chong removed.

    Will need to look at the score prediction league table in more detail.

    They just love who is winning you paranoid loons.
    Not sure that’s true of Liverpool; the love-in doesn’t seem to lose its intensity when their results drop off. When Arsenal are crap they attract far more scorn than sympathy.

    My confidence today comes from the fact that Arsenal can't help but commit to attack. It's commendable, but it's also tailor made for our own attacking players. They should get space.

    Now that we seem to be able to defend a bit I'd sit Casemiro on Odegaard and that in itself should take a lot of steam out of their forward play
    Our attackers are toothless. That's the problem.

    Even though they're top of the league, haven't lost all season, losing to them would still be so painfully embarrassing. Can't stand them. We must win.

    No way he will start. Casemiro had a full pre-season and played recently and yet, ETH decided to ease him in gradually.

    Plus he hasn't played for a few weeks now, after going on strike.

    At best he will be a sub with 20mins to go.

    It'll be a tough game, I'd take a 1-0 win. I just hope we bring our intensity again

    Feel like when you've got a player like Bruno who should be key in those critical moments when it comes to attacks, but is just quite simply a liability with the ball due to misplacing passes, not making the right pass, wasting chances, it does create quite the issue.

    Hopefully he's at it today. They all need to be.

    Nah, no chance for me. He hasn't played any football, has he? Thought he basically went on strike at Ajax. Only been here for a few days as well. Think he'll come on for 10-15 minutes at the end.
