Still think BBC should be showing this live. Stick it on the red button. You have all these channels doing feck all. If you're going to bid for the FA Cup then why not act like a broadcaster and use one of those dormant red button one's?

Better yet, BBC are testing 4k streaming, looking ahead why not stream the fecker live on iplayer?

Sure there might be a contract wrangle I suppose, maybe BBC have a certain number but this is just making people look for rivers, many who pay through the nose, why have them looking around? With Amazon now looking in, the beeb is looking really dated here. Might be good if the get out bid for the cup if they can't screen it right in 2018.
Yes, they do. Point your ire at the FA, not the BBC. Liverpool v Everton was always going to get BBC coverage. Not their fault they can only air a small number of the games.

Very surprised at the weakened line up. Not like Mourinho.

    He must be confident....

Would’ve preferred to see us play 4-3-3, develop some rhythm. Odd Jose seems so set against it when he turned around our season with it last season.

Strong side - should win this comfortably

Don't see a problem with mixing it up and going 4-2-3-1 for a cup game against opposition like Derby. Pogba in second gear should create enough and perhaps score or assist. And upsets like Bristol City don't happen often.

Going to need a good game from Smalling with those around him but at least Derby are resting Vydra.

Mkhi in first Xi, Darmian on the bench and Axel/Gomez nowhere to be seen, you know what, feck that, feck this tribal system bullshit.

Don't like the 4-2-3-1 but I think he's trying to give some of the fringe players a game. In any case they need to do the business tonight regardless of who is starting.

Good to see Matic getting a long rest. Even better if he is somewhere sunny.

Very attacking team today, should be entertaining.

Do people really expect gomes to be part of the squad so soon? Brilliant talent but not ready for first team football yet. Would have liked to have seen Tuanzabe though.

Why's this on tonight if it's not on telly?

Something to do with the Asian market I'd guess, that's why they wanted more evening games - to compete with La Liga.

Is this it? 4-2-3-1 with Pogba in the deep midfield?
    Romero
    Lindelöf - Smalling - Blind - Shaw
    Mctominay - Pogba
    Mata - Lingard - Mikhtaryan
    Rashford

BBC and Sky are both showing Liverpool - Everton but this game isn’t on tv? :wenger:

Mkhi on the left is going to be a disaster again, if he keeps crossing with his left foot. Needs to cut in and play, like Martial does. Would have preferred a 3 man midfield to see Pogs on the left again.

Back 4 plus Herrera spell slow laboured build up. Going to need Pogba on his A game getting the ball to the attackers quickly.

    Shaw a much needed outlet

Why's this on tonight if it's not on telly?
Lots of excuses. City play Saturday at home so we can't. They didn't want to detract from the Sunday games and give those other lower league teams a chance at that TV money. Liverpool vs. Everton is on TV tonight already, which is a bigger game.

The real reason is that fans of other clubs hate that every single Man Utd FA Cup game is always on TV and they're sick of it (it's been years since our FA Cup game wasn't televised). In reality it just costs Derby, though.

Not ready you say chieftain eh and what Mkhi is ready? He deserves it with his Bermuda triangle performances what? Ready or not, have feck all to do with a fact that in first XI as number 10 is a guy who is so much out of form and look lost on the pitch that i would put a number 10 from u12 instead. fecking not ready bullshit

This line up is indicative of our current struggles, A team that lacks cohesion. Lindelof at RB, Blind at CB, Herrera and Pogba in a midfield two and Mata on the right. I fully expect us to win but I would not be surprised if we find ourselves struggling as well.

I think tonights selection is all about resting players. Doesn’t matter if Lindelof is RB against Derby in the cup.

Joking aside Mikhi on the left will be a terrible thing to watch.

The lad looks about 7 stone. Give him some time to develop.

Axel not being involved is confusing, especially with Darmian on the bench. Maybe suggests a loan move is in the works.

Sad to see Jose go right back to 4-2-3-1, could just have easily stuck Mctominay in there to play on the right, or Blind at DM and Herrera on the right of a midfield three.

Surely there's something contractually stopped them from showing it? I'm sure they'd love the extra viewing figures.

Probably a certain number of games allowed like I speculated. Damien is saying that's the case. So FA is to blame but you could say poor contract negotiations from both in a changing media world. The you have the rest of world showing this without any issue, while the Beeb are stuck allegedly. You could have a US company called amazon take over and do a better service, get a flexible contract.

I have no worries about Blind, he played probably his best football at centre back for us. Mkhi at left wing on the other hand...Hope he has practised his crossing.
I'm sure we will win. 3-0 to us, Fellaini bagging the 3rd.

It's logical to play Lindelöf at right back, since he's expected to play right back against Stoke. :D

That's how it looks (Herrera instead of McTominay, I think). I thought we could easily have McTominay partner with Herrera and keep Pogba forward in a 3. A little disappointed with this.

    :lol::lol::lol:

    Keep crying bud.

Rather crying then living in JM`s rectum, must be dark up there at least get some flashlight. Tell me as member cultist, do you guys gather and get in a circle around some fire and gauge each others eyes as part of a ritual?
