So I made a thread about pursuing my dream of doing stand-up, which has been deleted with the reason that it looks like an advert?

I’ve not linked to videos or sound clips, I’ve not advertised any shows, I don’t even make any money off this. How on earth is it an advert if there’s no product?

Someone made a thread in the General advertising a Cryptocurrency with a referral link. A member of staff deleted that with the reason that it was an advert, however they didn't realise that they had selected a full page of General Forum threads, so a bunch were inadvertently deleted and have since been restored.
