Not the most inspiring line up. I think Ole has gone back to the midfield double pivot that he knows best from last season (with varying results). Does scream a lot like a team who don't want to lose first and foremost rather than an attacking line up to dominate and win.
Going forward, I'm not sure James is the right player against Newcastle who will sit back. In fairness, if Greenwood is injured, Martial is suspended, Cavani is still in quarantine and Igahlo not been any good in his last outings then maybe he's the only option as one of our attacking players.
Upside is that Mata will bring some composure and hopefully find the runs of Bruno, Rashford and James (if they decide to make any!)
