    Amrabat starts and Mainoo doesn't according to Luckhurst
    If that's right, then I'm pleased that Mainoo is getting a break, but the FA cup is the only chance of success this season, and I don't think we'll achieve top four, so I would have rested him for some league matches, and played him tonight.

    Glad the Lindelof at full back experiment is over. Even though we've seen a couple of disastrous performances from Amrabat at LB, I still hold out hope that he can replicate something similar to his debut vs Palace in the League Cup.

    We did well to win here in the league but we seem only up for a game a month and I doubt we can match them tonight unless they have a really off game.

    I'm expecting them to have more possession more shots and for more to go in for them and our team to look scared and lethargic like getting a teen up for school on Monday morning.

    It'll be a 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 formation in front of Onana in goal. All others in numerical order with McTominay at the very front. This formation will prevent us from getting too wide.

    seems bruno is indeed fine after his injured/not injured ordeal. A casemiro/mctominay/bruno midfield doesnt exactly make me confident for today, but guess we shall see. Guarantee the control wont be there in midfield, so we will need to take our chances up top and make them count.

    Of all the bad choises on our left back, Amrabat is the worst and I will never understand, why ETH choices him. It would be better with Evans in the center and Lindelöf (or even McT) as left back

    ETH has basically decided to die on Antony hill. Nothing else explains how he goes from getting 1 minute in last game and being third choice to straight up starting ahead of the guy who was send in when we were trying to rescue the game.

    This is bollocks to be honest. The problem is that he did very well on loan and people believed he is a due a chance to show what he is capable of. Nobody is expecting him to be the answer to all our problems and the saviour of our season.

    Apparently some of the first team were requesting a break, too. So, not only are they tired, they're playing poorly on top of that and he still doesn't rotate? Bar Mainoo who's a kid. This won't cost us at all in the long run.

    Pretty happy with that line up. As long as they aren’t playing crocked then Bruno and Varane being on the pitch is a boost. I hope Antony is left and Garnacho right but I doubt it.
    Amrabat has had a bit of a rest since AFCON so hopefully he’s fit and firing tonight.
