ODI Sheep draft - Strict deadlines from now

Sheep format ODI draft being run by me, Mani and TMH.

Interested members out your names here. We'll start in a day or so.

Deadlines:

12hrs for round 1, 8hrs for the next 2.

If it's 13, we'll have 4 groups of 3. If its 10, 2 guys would need to becomes AMs. Let's see what we get by tonight
 
Btw @Interval, it's a sheep draft. You'll be lucky if Herath is the worst player in your team at the end of drafting.
 
I'm still up for my shittest players draft, where your opponent has to fight for your team.

Do it in sheep format - where the sheep is an all time great

Managers will be randomized in snake order.
Every turn I'll randomize number 1-16 and allocate to managers. Just like throwing a dice. You need to pick on criteria you get for that number in snake order.
Certain numbers like 1, 2, 7, 12, 15, & 16 will not feature in every round.

It'll be a criteria draft, but everyone will have different criteria's for the same round.

We could improve the criteria's to make it more interesting in the interim.

Let's go with 10 no? Reducing teams in a sheep draft would make it less fun. We can come up with group stages or something later.

Having 12 makes groups easy. With 10, it'd need to be 4+3+3 with 2+1+1 going through which isn't balanced.
 
Aldo, we are having only 9, harshad seems occupied.
