Big words from a veteran of the game
Yeah just like Pokemon trainer, you are either born a winner or a loser like Ash Ketchum.Looking forward to seeing if these two lads can live up to the hype and combine well for England.
Greenwood just has that sharp-shooting ability that a lot of people just don't have. He can hit the ball harder than 99% of players without needing any pace already on the pass, he can just generate it himself even from tight situations with the ball almost at a standstill. It's harder to describe to people how truly difficult it is to just be able to put your foot through the ball out of nowhere and he can do it with both feet!
It's the kind of ability you just have or you don't, it can't be taught IMO. I can practice absolutely smashing the ball and trying to get more accurate with it but it would never get anywhere close.

Big words from a man sitting behind a keyboard having never seen Sergio Aguero in training every day for 2 years.Big words from a veteran of the game
He's the first 'Phil' of any real value in football since Neville.
He finally did it not long ago!Yeah just like Pokemon trainer, you are either born a winner or a loser like Ash Ketchum.
He's Phillip... I'm talking good ol' down the pub 'Phil'. Nevs was named Phillip, but he became 'Phil'. Even google calls him that.Philipp Lahm
Not fair, Ash won recently!

Isnt he a lifelong city fan? It would be hard to imagine him ever playing for United. City fans are probably some of the most bitter towards their rivals.Come and get me plea to Ole and United
Foden setting it up for Greenwood for England
We seem stacked at AM and out wide but don't have much in DM or CB.This is the most excited I've been for a potential future England side.
If only we could give birth to some quality CBs
Yep!He did?
Good for him.
Only took 20 years+
Or a player that has played with and again him for most of his life.Big words from a veteran of the game
Reminds me a bit of Argentina a few years ago. Crazy good options in attack but everything behind them is too mediocre to do well.GreenwoodCould be world cup winning level if they keep developing.
Saka Foden Sancho

"Better than Aguero"
I have this imagination where Aguero stops Foden in the tunnel after a game and starts slapping him.
What you on about? He's only 12 still, not even been a year yet........He did?
Good for him.

I think R9 is the best teenage striker in history tbh. But why not, he's even got that kind of ability IMO and he's playing in a really attacking and confident team. Can Greenwood be as good as brazilian Ronaldo was at 19-20 years old ?
shut up Philip u are boring the life out of me on this
