In this FFP era, with the requirement that clubs can only have a 100m net spend that is in force this summer, this deal just isn't going to happen.
That is not the rule, the current rule for FFP is on aggregate loss over three year periods.
Madrid may or may not buy Pogba this summer but if they don't it won't be because of a non-existent rule.

Bale is not the problem as far as Zidane goes though, even if he is for Perez who'd rather have him off the wage bill before he adds someone else on stratospheric wages.
Bale isn't a problem because he is an outsider who seemingly wouldn't be all that bothered being frozen out. He doesn't seem popular among his teammates either, maybe because he can't communicate with them freely and easily, so there's no risk of others being upset in a way if it was someone like Benzema for example.
If Zidane gets handed the players he has requested I don't think he'd give a flying fig whether Bale is still at the club or not.
