Ten Hag needs to give his head a wobble me thinks.

We're not at home, and we're not playing some scared minions.

Picking Martial tonight is a horrible decision. He's devoid of any fight.

Casemiro was poor.
Fred was horrible.

All around a poor poor performance by all of them.

This is all thanks to years and years of neglect to having technical players. We don’t have any. We are a team of flash in the pan players. Some great athletes, but we just can’t control games and haven’t done so since Van Gaal was manager,

We are also majorly fatigued. You can see how badly we fade as the match goes on.

Sickening end to the game.

Brighton now firmly on my shit list. Constantly fouling with no consequences. And the shite ref.

Terrible night.
Nah, as shit as tonight is, I'm happy for Brighton getting into Europe. Historic for them.

Hate playing Brighton, the football is crap, Just stupid boring possession football from Brighton that doesn`t lead anywhere. Need to be gifted stupid penalties to score. And we can`t play well on an away pitch to save our lives. No one is on form in our attack. Martial just cruises around like it is a friendly, Rashford has lost his magic and is just huffing and puffing. Antony is Antony. Why do i stay up late for this shit.

Since the League Cup win it’s been almost relegation form from us. Players look like they’ve checked out for the season.
The squad are fecked. Look at how many more games we’ve played than Brighton. They will drag themselves to fourth. It won’t be pretty but we will.

Deserved result. They were better than us. Horrible way to lose, though.

They are so much better than us playing out from the back.

We don’t control games and expect to beat teams. That tactic works at home but not away.

Brighton is a really good team. No shame in losing points here, but it hurts when it happens in the last minute.
Good team or not, we should be doing better than 3 losses on the bounce to Brighton in the league.

We need to be better up front. Brain dead in the final third and kept missing chances.

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory again. Our front 3 really waste too many chances before anything happens.

If Shaw is not giving the fecking game away from the LB position, he's now giving it away from the CB position. I won't say more about that as last time I was warned privately by the mods for being "too negative" about England's darling.

At the end of the day it's only one point less. We have 5 games we should be winning left and can afford to lose 2 of them while Liverpool have to win all theirs including a trip to battling Leicester along with two home games against Brentford and Villa who are not ready opponents.

Didnt deserve a point, outclsssed by Brighton, and althought they are a good, tidy team, its bloody disheartening that over the semi and tonight, they look so much better and intelligent than us.
I don't think we were outclassed. First half we were the better team, they were reduced to long shots and a Lindelof brain fart.

They were much more on top in the second, but still it was mainly long range efforts they threatened with. They have a lot of skillful, tidy players who just run with the ball a lot. Not much end product though. You could tell which team has played about 15 more games this season.

Horrible way to lose. It definitely hits his hand but it looked more like Shaw was being man handled, it wasn't one of those ones where a player jumps up and punches it off a players head. Mariner couldn't wait to give it though.

And it was never a FK against Shaw in the build up to their goal. All the pressure in that last minute came from the ref giving them soft shit like that all match.

Really gutted about that last minute penalty, it would've been a solid point with the way 2nd half went.

Poor performance in the 2nd half and Brighton deserved all 3 points as they headed for the win and we had no control over the game really.

Really hard to take this one.

To be honest I was pretty content with the performance. Dumb as feck penalty to give away, but it wasn't that bad of a performance. Probably our best one away to a top 9 team (level with Spurs, but Brighton are much better than Spurs).

Doesn't say anything about us that we don't know. We don't have a goalscorer, hence why we are mid table in goals scored. Created plenty of chances, didn't score. Fatigue because of relentless fixtures (we haven't had a midweek off since August), and it shows with us regularly tiring in 2nd halves and getting sloppy. Thankfully this was the last one in this run and we have a few weeks to recover a bit.

Exactly like the Spurs second half. We seem to come onto the pitch in the 2nd half like someones spiked our drinks.
This whole season and the takeover saga has been exhausting. We need to sweep the last ten years stench out of this team along with half the squad.
New owners and a new belief are needed at United now and it can't come quick enough.
If we make top 4 i'll be amazed the way we're limping.

Draining loss, ETH needs new players and a new philosophy away from home.
Needs new players to implement a new philosophy.

He'll never be able to play any sort of possession or controlling style of football when half the team don't have any composure or awareness on the ball.

Dalot, Martial, DDG, AWB, Fred - how the fcuk can we still be going out with that lot on the pitch and wondering why these away games become a slog?

Add in how poor Rashford, Bruno, Casmiro and Antony were on the ball as well tonight and it just turns into a scrambling fecking shit show.

Too many players in the squad just aren't good enough on the ball.

Toothless up top but they're a very well organised team.

Thought the draw would have been a pretty fair result.

Not all that worried about 4th at the moment, Liverpool still capable of howlers

Could have easily sent off Casemiro and Antony as well but he didn't. It's absolutely a deserved loss. Regardless of the ref. We were utterly embarrassing.
We were poor again but the ref let Brighton away with loads.
They got every 50/50 decision and the free kick that led to the penalty was laughable.
That said at some point Ten Hag needs to come under scrutiny for constantly going to Weghorst.
Even thinking Weghorst was worth signing should have set alarm bells off.

We are going to struggle in more games if we keep playing Martial. He offers nothing. No effort. No outlet. No threat. Waste of time.

Liverpool only 4 points behind now. If we miss out on top 4 I'm going to be furious
We have 3 home games and 2 away games. We need to win all our home games. Our current form is quite awful though. When's Garnacho back?

Would be less annoying without the OTT celebrations and Sky creaming themselves over it.

The good thing from these types of performance is that you can instantly see the player who need to go if we are progress - Fred, Martial, Wan Bissaka. At this point Martial is about as likely to go on a scoring run as Weghorst, but Weghorst will at least press.

We need 9 pts / 15. We're doing 2 ppg currently. I think we'll get there :nervous:

The players looked very tired in the second half. Some of our decisions and passing were awful. We will get top four but it might go down to the last two games. Not having a world class striker is killing us right now.

Really weak and not involved and we already have Rashford playing the luxury forward role …
