Very good, a few mistakes here and there but we look a team. Garnacho/Hojlund/Antony is a very hard front 3 to pass out against, they jusy need that clinical edge.

That said, Garnacho could have had a couple, Antony should have at least one assist, Hojlund was inches away from a couple of crosses. We can build from this.

Chelsea are a very bad team.

Hard to believe they've spent 230m on their midfield.

Keep a clean shit tomorrow, United is my final bus
Good win, decent enough performance. Chelsea with one of the worst displays I've seen against us this season. Agreed with commentators in that it felt like a game between also rans really. But hopefully we can build up a bit with the fixtures coming up.

We are pretty crap but will always take results like that. Very exciting, never stopped and got what they deserved. If they keep this up redemption may be at hand.

No problem against mid-table opps, it's the big teams we have to prove it against.

The pressing was great tonight, caused so many turnovers high and finally started to pay off with chances. Also made Amrabats job easier cause he was able to pick up a lot of stuff, ended up having a very strong game. The workrate from Garancho and Antony on the wings was night and day from the last game.

Very good attacking performance, probably should have scored 5/6.

Much better performance and thankfully we got the result it deserved, of course we were wasteful but I'm just happy we created enough to be wasteful for a change.

An excellent match actually. We should have won with a bigger score though. Must had like 30 shots today

Should have been 7-3.

I've had fun, so that's nice. And we even won, deservedly.

We play well when we don't carry passengers. Anyone unwilling to put in a shift needs to be kept on the bench or out of the match day squad.

Thank feck. Also feck me we are really highlighting how shit City are doing.

Which would be funny but it looks like Liverpool might have a great chance at winning it.

Thank feck for that. Chelsea were dogshit and we should’ve scored 6. Need better decision making up top.

My word was Chelsea’s playing out from the back horrendous.

Can this forum now move on from constantly blowing smoke up Chelsea’s ass? Certain posts from the same old bores on here should see them disappear for a few days after that.
Wonder if Bournemouth will be rightful favourites on Saturday?

It's pretty obvious the players are still fighting for Ten Hag.

Excellent performance. Could easily have had seven. Ambrabat was brilliant.

Massive 3 points will take that although I wish this team was much more clinical in front of goal. We could have won by a very big margin tonight. Anyways, we got the win and a good performance to match.

Our best game in the past 6 months! Perhaps there is hope!

Garnacho was sensational. McTominay keeps scoring, which we really need.

Well deserved. Should've scored about 5 goals today. That's probably the first competent performance this season, start to finish.

Now do this against good teams. Because they are not a good team. And show up away from home, importantly. Sunday December 17th at Liverpool, compete in that.

Good attack, midfield still a huge problem. Can't give that space to actual premier league teams.

Really should have scored more.

The reason we played well is simple - pressing isn’t down to individuals, if you want to press you have to do it in packs and cut the angles. When one of your three attackers refuses to do that it throws the entire tactic out the window.

Tonight we had a group of players willing to press.

Brunos workrate is phenomenal.

Mctominay shows once again that he is very good player and one of most dangerous in Premier League.

Amrabat was terrific in second half.

They are reason we won together with Shaw and Maguire.

I wonder if MEN writers are angry today?

They’re all coming off in bits….and that’s what it takes to win games. Look at the effort that Newcastle showed against us. We’ve just done the same to Chelsea. It hurts (physically) but it feels good and hopefully something clicks with this group.

whilst McT and Garnacho will get plaudits… a shout out to Amrabat. A solid game. Lots of interceptions and well timed tackles. Tidy in possession

Amrabat with his best performance for us. The whole team worked hard as feck for 90 minutes (Rashford cameo excluded). Bruno, Maguire, McTominay all excellent. Onana still makes me nervous.

Should have scored 3-4 more. Could have been 9-4 this. But we completely dominated them. We'll take confidence from this. And hopefully the point is made to the board in-waiting that we desperately need another striker to keep Rasmus fit. Rashford and Martial are not an answer to any positive question.

Great to see this on the back of the move to ban the cnuts.

Chelsea was dreadful, but nice to see our best game this season and a game where everyone (except Rashford) ran their socks off after all the shit paper talk.

Intensity, pressing, aggression and precision in passing. Excellent performance. Finishing was lacking and needs to improve.

Things that can happen with players coming back from injury. Shaw was very good, and so were Amrabat and Antony. They made so many good turnovers.
