What a smash and grab in that second half

Can clearly see how much we struggle without Martial/another technical hold up striker under pressure. We looked the better team in that first half and then until the Bruno goal we couldn't do anything. What a win.
I don't think it was. City didn't really create much at all.

Brilliant win. We played better going behind in that 2nd half. City 1 attempt on goal from 100 mill sub for all their possession. Every player bar Martial at least 8/10. Now Eric needs to teach the team to match the likes of City in possession. Surely Weghurst walks into Martials place

YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSVMDKDKCKDNDNXNFKSPSKFNFJFNDJDJDJFNFNF!!!

Easily the best performance in the post-Fergie era. This is the biggest possible confirmation of our substantial improvement since Brentford. Can only imagine how we will be when Ten Hag has his full squad built and in place.

What a win. SO PROUD!!!

No. They had one chance that they scored from and looked more lively than the first half but they still did feck all. We looked more dangerous every time we broke.

They probably had the better of the game for about 20 mins and that was it.
Thanks man! Good to hear

We're only half way, a lot of games yet to play so lets not get carried away. Pretty sure City roar back at some point but it will be tight at the top this year for once (you would hope)

Don't get how people think it wasn't a good performance. First half we were clearly the better side, second half City came out strong and dominated for 25/30 minutes then we stepped up again to turn it around.

Great performance against a top class team. Contrast it with the reverse fixture.

But what a result. Absolutely buzzing. Just wish I didn't have to be up at 1:30am for work tomorrow

They had one shot on target all game which they scored from. They were kept relatively quiet. Malacia and Shaw in particular were brilliant. But all of the defence was really good today bar that slip were AWB lost Grealish.
Thanks for summary!!

City deserved that with their bullshit over recycling the ball around their own box. You Arne doing better than 1 shot in target in two games playing like that

United minus the Glazers
The resurgence of United isn’t just in how we nicked 2 goals in 4 mins to win it. It was how we remained defensively solid to see it through. In the last 10 mins, every player on that pitch gave their all and it was a beautiful sight - the confluence of good coaching and an undying winning mentality.

I don't think we win that without Fred's composure in possession today. Absolutely love him.
I'm just ecstatic with this result!!!!

Fred mad that Garnacho didn't pass him there, but man, that's exactly what he shouldn't have done, turning Ake was brilliant, anything else and we don't score there.

That's the kinda winger we need.

Oh yes pointless, they scored from it and before/after we couldnt touch a ball till that chaos at the end.
Yes they scored from it but overall their posession was not dangerous. We looked more dangerous overall and there was no chaos, just 2 of our goals.
