Can't win finals with a clown in goal.

Game always had to go perfectly, and we gave away two cheap goals which you can’t get away with on an occasion like this.

If you concede a perfectly taken lucky goal in the first minute you know you aint winning. The players did their best. It is how it is

City are just a much better side. Disappointed we didn’t get a big performance today but I don’t think they had it in them.

Is what it is, onto next season. Another day de gea saves gundogans second and the chance at the end of the game goes in and we're laughing.

City didn't even need to be good. Two easily avoidable goals.

Far too many passengers in our team who aren't anywhere near good enough or hungry enough.

Honestly just bitterly pissed off and disappointed, but not surprised.

A good and tight game. Gundogan that mf. Anyway I think we should be proud of the players. They all did their best. The better team won that's all.

Did well considering we had no Martinez, Antony, Martial, Sabitzer and City had zero injuries.

Please hurry this takeover shit now.

Didnt do too bad given the start. Two sloppy goals. City though working much harder all game. They were winning all the 50/50s.

We gave it a good go, disappointing but fair play.

De Gea, Rashford, Sancho and Eriksen were abysmal.

The rest can hold their heads high, I thought we played pretty well against the best team in the world (it kills me to say that but it’s true).

We played well. Hope we add a striker, CM and a keeper and we are not that far off.

They are just a lot better than us, have been for a while and will be for some time. We got a fairly soft penalty, City didn’t play well and it was still a procession for them. At least we stayed in the game until the end but we also handed them two soft goals.

If the owners are watching, only a striker is no where near enough this summer. We need a lot lot more

Garnacho should’ve started. Did ok in spells but those two goals should never have happened either. fecking gutted.

Let’s hope the PL throw everything they have at this pathetic tin pot club.

Not our best game, and not Citys best game. But they don't really need to be at their best...

Still a proper GK and Striker and we win this game, can be no excuses if we dont have a new starting striker and GK after this summer.

Sancho and De Gea has to go. Eriksen should not start these big games either. Different levels when they put Foden on while we bring Weghorst and McTominay.

Sell De Gea. Useless in goal. No difference in putting in me there today

Unfortunately we start games too slow too often. Would have been 2-0 down to Chelsea if they weren’t shite. Against City we don’t last 10 seconds. That’s what cost us.

Overall we need a good Summer and hope that the PL comes down hard on that ridiculous Abu Dhabi set up.

Such a bad second goal to concede and lose it on. Stupidity to leave two players totally unmarked on the edge of the area, especially when one of them is basically their version of prime Scholes. Other than that and our shocking lack of goal threat on the bench, we did as expected.

Garnacho starts we probably see a very different game, they couldn't handle him at all.

Eriksen looks cooked, and people think Mount won't get in ahead of him?

No complaints , we gave our best but they are just so far superior to anything we can do. They dominated that match just as they are dominating football right now.
