Let's just enjoy the win without thinking about Solskjaer's future. I believe we all need this.

Good win and the result we needed. Back three and a front two of Ronaldo and Cavani really needs to be tested again next match.

Never doubted Ole :wenger:

How good does it feel?
I continue to doubt Ole.
1 win against Spurs doesn't change anything.
We are a team of Galacticos and an out of form Spurs should not be the benchmark.
If Madrid had our players, they'd be talking about another CL win.

Great result, but we can't kid ourselves, Spurs were awful. 2 tough games next week we'll be the true litmus test of this new approach.

Very nice win, professional and clinical.

Now is not the time to be fickle knee-jerkers though. Ole still isn't good enough and we should definitely look for a replacement.

It's a little sad that Sancho seems to have joined Donny on the scrapheap already :(

Is this what a clean sheet feels like?!

Winning will always feel better than losing, regardless of the circumstances.

Ole: I could be your Conte

I am sure the people who don’t want Conte were defending the formation today.

Well, great victory but we should stop with the United way and do the basics right first and foremost !

Needs to start that tactic and team every game they can. More solid and Ronaldo on fire. Wont always play a team like Spurs, who have another poor manager, but it will win points. Dont normally praise his managerial skills, but well done Ole tonight.

There were a couple of good performances. Didn't feel we played at all well just thought Spurs were too shit to trouble us.

Three lovely goals and a clean sheet. That was fun.

Spurs were trash though so while Ole hasn’t lost the dressing room we’ll get a better idea about how much that matters next week.

Makes you wonder why we have been so bad, and why defensively we have been so porous. I know Spurs have their own problems, but today put ours into perspective. Also…

Decent performance, good result. Spurs were poor.

Had my reservations about the line up and formation, happier once it became apparent the midfield was in a 1-2 rather than a 2-1 and we looked pretty decent for it.

I don't give a shite how trash Spurs are. Wonderful performance & Brilliant response.

Big games coming up, lets keep at it.
Yup, hope that inspires Ole to start Cavavi/Ronnie upfront more often. Varane being in the side is a big confidence boost as well. Excellent game from him.

Much needed result and performance. Spurs were utterly dreadful, United organised and clinical. Varane is mega.

Ah it’s a joke. I’m one of the most active in the the 69 Ole out threads we have  still has to go.

I fecking loved that performance. Loved the 5 at the back. Loved how clever ronaldo and cavani play. Not sure it will work against certain teams but I was very impressed.

Good win. Much needed. Spurs are terrible. Genuinely don’t think there was a more appropriate team in the whole league we could have played today than them.

Varane and Cavani at both ends made the difference. Rest is all illusion.

Tbh I don't know how good we actually were tonight. Spurs didn't even try and exploit any of the weaknesses we've displayed in recent games.

I'm glad we won, but it was done by playing in a counterattacking style which isn't a long term strategy. We've made zero progress in 18 months now.

There's some truth in this. The Liverpool game sent us back to basics. We thought we were better than we are and are to play on the front foot - with our midfield as it is right now though we are not ready yet.

Even if Spurs where absurdly bad, we did win 3 - 0, and especially the clean sheet is important, given how we have been swiss cheese the last matches.
Ole changes things up and we won. The goals where beautiful. The defence looked much more solid.
Might be a bit boring but it seems to be the way to play for us right now.

Me too

Thought we were fantastic and really want to see us use this system again.

It's a good 're-start'. Very good response after a shitshow of a week.

Let's keep working. The lads did well today. Some lovely goals scored.
Grateful for the 3 points.

Sancho is not working hard enough, same as Greenwood.
The big difference today was every player working hard appart from Ronaldo who is banging. We can’t afford 2 more players not running their socks off.
