Was a dive in all honesty from Kovacic but nice to see him making a surging run forward.

He's been given the number 9 shirt and has played more in pre-season than Giroud or Batshuayi so maybe!
How highly do you rate him? I know that he scored a lot of goals for Villa, but I haven't seen him play for more than a couple of times so can't really tell how good is is/can become. Would be nice to see some academy players in your team.
He's a strange one, can look clumsy and misses a fair few chances but he never hides and always seem to get on the score sheet.

OK, but not much more than that, tho' it's hard for teams to establish and keep a rhythm when there are so many sub changes.

This Mensah leftback from Salzburg looks like a big talent. He’s only 21, reckon he’ll be at a big club next season
