1st, anyone above us is clearly cheating and should be disqualified.
Which is fine - we always revise our expectations after first couple of weeks anyway.
Well I've put us to finish 4th, I think us, Chelsea and Liverpool will be very tight so could do better, City to win it.
It’s not really a prediction but anything above 4th is a good outcome. So I’m going with 4th.
Of course if we’re 4th at any point during the season I’ll be moaning like a mofo about how we’re underperforming.

I’m feeling surprisingly confident this season - think we’ll get 4th quite comfortably, maybe even push Chelsea and City for 3rd or even 2nd

Think we will surprise everyone and finish 1st. 80 odd points will win it and the top 4 all within 6 points of each other
We will definitely be in a title race. I will stick my neck out and predict that we finish first !
City will win because they still have the best team and Pep is an expert at beating teams that park the bus, which is happens in 80% of the games.
It's going to be very close between us, Chelsea and Liverpool, with probably just a few points separating 2nd and 4th. But in return I reckon there will be a decent gap down to 5th place.

How can you make a call on this before the squads are finalised?
I disagree, the fans give us a massive boost… the amount of late goals we score because the fans give us that extra push.
Historically yes , but I feel Liverpool have that advantage now. I remember Utd losing alot of late goals in the last season with fans. I think the current Utd side lacks heart with exception of a few players.
Anyone happy with third alone is an idiot. Third and a champions league would be acceptable!

Absolutely nobody will be chuffed with third.

48 people think we will win the league. I'd honestly like to have that kind of positivity in my life.
Think if we get a better midfielder in we will certainly challenge but overall I'm going for 4th as of now. Think 1st to 4th will be a lot closer though.
