True, but his spend is around 80-90 million pre White, with net spend lower than that.

That's one top player for the big sides. It stands to reason that if the budgets are this heavily restricted you must retain players that aren't exactly your ideal, otherwise you have no squad. It has necessitated a certain amount of wheeler dealing and player retention, and not necessarily a focus on quality as that type of money doesn't get you far.

Great applause by the Brentford supporters for Saka...Brentford playing very direct with their CFs and Arsenal losing out on the first and second balls. Causing a lot of issues for Arsenal backline.

Arsenal could do worse than loan Kepa from the Chavs
If they're willing to take on his £150k weekly wage, I'm sure Chelsea would be willing to sell him for the amount Arsenal are trying to buy Ramsdale for.
