They are definitely both dangerous, but one was a swipe from standing next to the opponent whereas the other was a slide tackle at the end of a ten yard sprint. One has has the full force of a professional footballers kick (which is admittedly a lot) whereas the other has the entirety of a players body weight travelling at speed (which is far more).They were both ridiculously dangerous, I don't really get how you keep arguing that Kane's was more dangerous and could've resulted in a bad injury if Robertsons foot was planted when Robertson on Emerson Royal was exactly the same; the fouled players foot was airborne and it also could've been a leg breaker if his foot was planted.
It’s simple physics. It’s why headers are generally far more powerful when you run on to them than those from a standing jump.
