5 at the back and 2 sitters v WB is a bit much. Plus a tiny front 3 against a physical low block coukd backfire

Surely that should be a red card for Silva? Pulls the guy back as the last man to avoid him getting a shot at goal. Only a yellow is bizarre.

BT go to Peter Walton every 5 minutes yet they are completely ignoring the Thiago Silva incident.

Reckless. What's he thinking?

Gif of the first incidence?

The best defender in the league could have had 2 red cards let alone 1

This is probably great for Tuchel. He can now defend this lead and win

Haha west brom out here looking like Norwich.

Harsh second yellow, but that’s what happens when you get booked inside 5 minutes.

Chelsea will try and possession this match to death now...boring stuff ahead

That's never a second yellow/red surely? He's tryin to block the ball, not even make a tackle
But the important question is
Did they go to Peter Walton to agree with it?

That was an extremely harsh second yellow. He was a bit lucky not to receive a red for his first booking though.

Pretty shitty block then cause he ends up tackling the West Brom player. It was stupid from him.

Why does Chilwell start over Shaw for England when he can’t even get in the Chelsea team?
It's not a problem. In fact, it's very welcome. We need our highest performing player refreshed and sharp. If he stays fit throughout the rest of the season I cannot imagine him not being an automatic starter for England in summer.

Both cards are from Chelsea poorly playing out from the back. This insistence of doing it every single time you get a defensive set piece or a goal kick really is bewildering to me.

That red won't matter. West Brom couldn't shag in a brothel.
