Mata is not a player we should be extending. He's had his best days and is nothing more than a dedicated squad player now - don't extend him, don't give a pay rise, we won't shift him. Let him leave and replace him with a genuine RW player, preferably an exciting youngster who can score and create. Herrera, extend. Useful player, good age.
