To the “leaks” — Samuel Luckhurst works for MEN, that posted “leaked” team well before the official announcement. So Jose redirects questions about the potential line up to him.
He is saying Samuel Luckhurst knows the team as MEN usually leaks the team well in advance, at least in last 2-3 weeks.

Anyway the answer is the same. We don't have the manager who is capable of lifting his squad to reach the higher limits of their abilities. He will continue complaining till we find ourselves 10 points behind top 4 in februari. I have never seen Jose come out of crisis in his managerial career, so I cant be confident he can fix our season at the moment.
Why not top 4. The manager brought us 2nd last year and is only 5 pts off 4th in November this year. Silly to say we outright won't do it.
True but lose more games in the next 3 which is more than likely and top 4 is going to be one hell of a struggle......we already need a long winning run to get back in there.
No it's impossible because mourinho isn't fashionable how could he possibly make up 5 points in 20 something games? Only a fashionable manager could do that.

People are just pointing out that given who we have dropped points against thus far, the state of our goals conceded and goals scored stats, difficult upcoming fixtures and overall form.....expecting a winning run out of the blue is closer to fantasy than reality. Yes it's possible but most people would put their months salary on a bumpy ride ahead as it's been thus far.
Well I guess the players must have been trying harder last year. This year they aren’t trying hard enough, and motivating staff is definitely not the job of the manager
Our poor start to the season is nothing unbelievable because we lost against Brighton last season as well and Newcastle played well against us in both games last season. We had 23 points last season at this point, which would be nothing special at this moment.
Did you miss last season? 2nd was an excellent result with the players he had at his disposal.

We'd be 4th and only 3 points off the top with 23 points this time. We lost not only to Brighton but West Ham as well which is quite bad.

That glitch he gets stuck in where he stands with the ball at his feet and hops from foot to foot, locked in a brainfart mode - also a problem.

Without getting into the whole “Is Top 4 enough” this is so good to hear - a bit of belief and some arrogance. Very positive to hear considering we still have to play City and Liverpool (A) before then. Obligatory three points against Arsenal at home though
