Disappointing in a way. Although they certainly aren't a rare creature these days, I always love seeing one out in the wild.

See I'd have said this was a stag do thing but being a Liverpool fan you can easily think it's just normal attire.

Yeah I'd be willing to believe this guy was just heading off on holiday. And while I don't see full kit wankers all the time, in terms of the Liverpool fans I know at least 60-70% of them have to be wearing Liverpool related gear at all times, even in work. My mate turned upto a wedding with a Liverpool tie on.

Between that and their penchant for hanging flags outside their houses they genuinely are an odd bunch.

Is this really a thing? People (grown adults especially), wearing the top and shorts and socks like they are getting ready to go in the game?
Americans wear some ridiculous things to sporting events, but I have never seen something like this, even at the games.

Oh yeah especially among Liverpool fans.

''Fancy a game of darts down the pub Dave?''

''Yes mate, I'll get my Liverpool kit on and meet you there''

Google Liverpool full kit wankers. There's hundreds of examples.

Nothing wrong with that as long as it's tasteful.
I suppose, he has to be wearing LFC gear at all times, when he turned upto a wedding with a Liverpool tie I just found it hilarious. (laughing at him, not with him)

Wow. It's really odd since (maybe outside of Newcastle), I don't usually see English football fans wearing the tops to games (like we do in North America). So, to see the entire kit being worn just makes no sense to me. That's a rabbit hole, I should probably avoid going down.

Would these people in full kit run out on to a pitch wearing spectacles?

I love this rivalry.

Best thing that could happen for the PL and the English game in general would be if we get a period where United and Liverpool are the two best teams and fighting for the league against each other

None of this rubbish Liverpool vs city rivalry where there's oil money making it one-sided, and the managers are one step away from being a romantic couple. Proper titan title clashes between United and Liverpool. Every league clash would be absolute blockbuster. One thing we've never really had in the PL era. When one is doing well, the other tends to become shite.

Just when you think it is the captain's armband that is the thing that tops it all off, only you suddenly realise he is wearing Sondico's.

Somehow I don't imagine Souness is on Tiktok, I'd say the same for Roy but he might be for all I know.
Somehow I suspect Souness thinks TikTok is the noise a clock makes

Fair enough but do you always have to wear some sort of United clothing at all times?
No, it's the only United item I own and it hasn't seen the light of day in more than 10 years!

*The* Quadruple is the league, league cup, FA cup and champions league, so I always thought it was a bit weird framing it that way but yeah, the talk was over the top.

TAA is so cringe. I liked his comments against City recently because it riled them up and usually players don't say things like that because of PR. But when you listen to him here he's so damn Scouse.

"The league is going to come down to results" well no sh1t.

So basically you just wanted to make a statement: "This is what you are marrying into, it's part of the for better and worse and all that"

Scousers have form here. Did the same sort of stuff when they won the League Cup, FA Cup and UEFA Cup in 01. Saying they won the treble

Is that guy making a racist gesture towards someone with presumably East Asian heritage? I'm wracking my brain to figure out who that could be, if the opposition was Chelsea.
If I remember someone said it he was suggesting the linesman was blind. But without context I can see why people
Would think that.

Well it was the only tie I owned, still is, it's subtle, black with the club crest in raised black, it's my funeral tie as well
