Meh medical is a mere formality...work permit, with him being a non-EU player, and still young(so not sure he has a huge amount of international caps) might require one of those famous special dispensations...but he'll get it.
Work permit will be no problems and as for medicals, when was the last time we listened to one of them.
They would never have officially announced it if there were complications.
