Site not opening in regular mode

Hi mods, not able to open the forum unless I'm in incognito mode. Getting HTTP 400 error and it asks me to contact the site owner in regular mode. Could you help pretty please?

I've cleared cookies and google chrome on my phone still gives me a HTTP 400 error. Anything else I can do?

Did you select the option for deleting cookies for all time as opposed for something such as the last hour?
