Yeah, he definitely set the tone...it's weird cause his distribution is usually very good. That seemed to be part of the problem as he kept trying to make clever passes only for Bayern to be all over his targets. Should have kept it simple...

That's stretching it. Barca's backline was horrible and gave him no protection at all, he faced 13 shots on target ffs! Bayern had 23 in total!

He has a weird reputation. He just doesnt make saves in CL but is constantly called top 2 in the world.

How was he to blame for any of the goals? His passing from the back was horrible but in terms of saving shots there was nothing he could've done for any of those goals.

Perisic & both Coutinho’s goals he really should be doing better, as the game was up understandable he had given up at 6-2

So the world has finally seen the ter Stegen that usually showed up when he got to play for Germany.

Compare that to Neuer who once again delivered in a big game and still got his passes under pressure to his team mates. Nothing against ter Stegen, he is still a great goalkeeper (for Barca), but as long as Neuer is around I'll be happy to have him over ter Stegen in Germany's goal.
