I can't say I understand all this two snakes in four phases stuff, but it looks like a crap deal for someone in the middle.
The guys on either end get a first pick and only wait 16 picks before doing a double pick. By the time phase 2 kicks in they should be out of sight as far as foundations for a strong and coherent theme go.
Yeh. And this goes to 4th pick. But then, i wouldn’t be complaining if i were near top or bottom
