Two Italian footballers have been given one-match bans for blasphemy during Serie A matches.

Sassuolo's Francesco Magnanelli and Parma's Matteo Scozzarella were shown on television making blasphemous remarks in separate incidents.

There is a strict ban on taking God's name in vain in Italy, and the nation's football association has disciplined players heard doing so since 2010.

Udinese midfielder Rolando Mandragora was banned for the offence in 2018.
Fools. They should have just said something racist and they would've gotten away with it.

According to Liverpool.com, this is the moment Harvey Elliott bettered Messi. Prepare to be shocked and awed

While technically not happening in 2019 probably. There's a very persistent rumour that Alan Pardew will sign for ADO Den Haag.

That's going to be an almighty long ban surely? Pretty sure he's early thirties, it could retire him
I heard the coach was being a massive bellend and also deliberately stepped in to the way of the player though?

I just read the headline and thought that he had really done something special and the clip was just some oppo fan having a bit of fun by showing a completely different situation.

Do they often mix up Dec 18th and April 1st in Liverpool or are they delusional enough to write something like that and actually mean it?

I have a scouse mate who was 1000% sure Dani Pacheco was the next big thing, would mention him every time anyone spoke about football with him

To be fair many United fans gave it large about Januzaj, once that excitement grabs you it's hard to shake.

Damn, had forgotten he existed.

Probably one of the most wasted careers of recent times.

Yeah Januzaj was one that popped into my head when thinking about this. I'm sure the thread from 13/14 is full of people talking him up as the next big thing.

I gave it big about Januzaj. Thought Markovic would make it big time at Anfield as well

John Aldridge thinks Taylor is biased against Livarpool

"Taylor very rarely gives us any big decisions and there are loads of examples. Some fans are saying he is biased against us but he should not be being put in a position where people are even asking the question. It's not right, on him or on us."

I wonder what they said. Any Italian side better keep their mouth shut if they are playing Manchester City then and if Jesus is playing.

Seems everyone was kung fu fighting after Spurs vs Chelsea.

Highlight of this is 1:10 when one prancer manages to throw something at his mates head
