Dier and Rondon the CB's for Spurs, got to be getting at them

Have you seen our terrible record against the Big Six this season? Has a lot to do with McFred. They cannee control the game
Have YOU seen our record? We have conceded one goal against them outside of the 1:6 game and that goal was a penalty. A big reason for that record is the McFred midfield.

Not sure why anyone is saying diamond. Looks to be the same shape we've played pretty much all season with either Pogba or Rashford out of position on the right.
    Absolutely.

It'll be same formation we played in the 0-0 against Arsenal. The only question is whether Rashford and Pogba will switch sides to make better use of Pogba's crossing.

Good 11, new Rashford would start, I don't like this keeper changing, trying to keep both happy or giving Henderson his chance to prove hes capable, then DDG will be off in summer. Like Pogba where he is as well. Come on lads

Eh ?? Overly negative ? What you want him to do, fly keeper or closest to the goal ?
Drop one of the midfield for Pogba and play greenwood who has been largely excellent recently. Strange decision just to accommodate Fred/McTominay

Head says United are favourites, but don't feel comfortable. Feel as if it will be a low scoring game and a single goal for either side may be enough.

    Pogba on the right?

So McFred for midfield solidity and Fernandes & Pogba to create, not sure how they'll shape up, but the selection are sensible so far, players need to have a go at this Spurs shaky leaky defence and shut down Kane and Son

An imbalanced front 3 again, yay!

Ole still doesn't trust Pogba in a pivot against the so-called 'better' teams.

Going into next season, it'll be interesting to see what he does in the more challenging games, especially if we add another attacking player to our squad.

If Pogba is still around then that is...

He'll probably do his thing again where he plays Rashford out of position on the right so he can play Pogba out of position on the left.

Factually we would Be better off winning some and losing some than drawing them all so a midfield that results in a lot of 0-0 is not a good thing

A change in formation? Or is it Rashford on the right with Pogba left? The rest is team is mostly as expected, but I am surprised to see no Greenwood in the team, and no James at all.

Pragmatic decision so we don't get over run in midfield maybe ? Fred has been like a rabbit in the headlights recently and Matic really doesn't have the legs to run it as a one. McTominay as proven in the past has the ability to run beyond a sitting position if Ole pushes it that way.

this fees a bit strange unless it’s a diamond?

why would we have pogba or rashford marking reguilon

    Well, it begs the question.

With Ole clearly not trusting Pogba to play deep in these big games, then could he sell Pogba and bring in a 'proper' defensive midfielder?

If he sells Pogba to bring in a DM, that would be a mistake considering the only other creative midfielder we have is Bruno.

We need a DM whether Pogba leaves or not, and if Pogba leaves, we need a creative midfielder to replace him.

It'll be interesting to see if Pogba is LW or RW, the refusal to rest a clearly injured Rashford is nuts.

I don't think it's case of him not trusting Pogba, more that he prefers to play McFred in these games. Also wanting Pogba to influence the match higher up the pitch.

Haha, I wish. But even if Ole were doing that, it would still mean Rashy playing on the right.
I don't think Grealish plays "left wing" like a left winger.

There are some players who can only play on one flank. Grealish doesn't take the game on in that way. He'd be exactly the same on the right.

Sky Sports app saying Pogba down the middle, with Bruno on the right.

Doubt it will happen but am I correct in saying Bruno played on the right for Portugal and possibly Sporting?

He has for Portugal, not sure about Sporting. It's probably wrong though.
