DON'T
  • Post a Tweet from a banned source (see below for the banned sources) unless they have held an interview with a player
  • Post a non-English Tweet without a basic translation (either from another Tweet or in the post itself). Suggested translators: Google Translate, DeepL, Reverso
  • Post anything from aggregator accounts (e.g. utdreport) without the original source (as a second Tweet, link, embed, image, or a reference to a TV/radio show).
    • Exception: an aggregator's Tweet is retweeted by the source. The Tweet must then be accompanied by a message/screenshot indicating this. Otherwise, the Tweet will not be allowed.
  • Post the following types of Tweets (post them in quotes/spoilers to avoid putting them into the feed)
    • Joke/Piss-take Tweets
    • Tweets that don't refer to a transfer story (e.g. a journalist posting their own opinions; example)
  • Post more than 3 Tweets per post. If you do, then your post will not show up in the Transfer Tweets feed.
  • Post anything that was tweeted more than three days ago. If it wasn't posted before then, nobody cares.
  • Post off-topic comments or hold extended discussions over a single Tweet (that span multiple pages). Create a new thread instead.
What Kind of Tweets should I Post?

The price of Kang-In is €20M + bonus.
Negotiations advanced between PSG and Mallorca for Kang-In Lee.

The parties hope to close the deal soon.

The club 'outside Spain' we were talking about yesterday was PSG, the interest was reported by Marca last night.

Source (Tier 4):

PSG are offering 22 million for Kang In Lee.

The Korean player is waiting for the clubs to reach an agreement before sitting down to negotiate his contract.

Aston Villa, Wolves, and Burnley were keen on bringing the player in. Manchester United inquired about the player but never went beyond that.

The full statement:
[PSG] were informed on July 15, 2022 [of the decision to not trigger the option] and the only aim of the letter was to confirm what had already been spoken about previously. Kylian Mbappe and his entourage confirm that this matter has not been discussed since over the course of the year, except a fortnight ago to announce the sending of the letter. No potential contract extension has been mentioned.

After maintaining publicly in recent weeks that he would be a PSG player next season, Kylian Mbappe has not asked to leave this summer and has just confirmed to the club that he would not be activating the extra year. [Mbappé] and his entourage regret that the letter was circulated in the media and that these exchanges were made public with the sole aim of damaging their image and the discussions with the club.

Tier 1:

FC Porto aren't interested in Taty Castellanos
Meeting in Spain of SL Benfica for Taty Castellanos. The 24-year-old forward is Roger Schmidt's priority to strengthen the attack of the reds. Rui Pedro Braz is leading the negotiations.

Taty Castellanos has a €15 million release clause at NYCFC.

So this letter is not recent, it is from last summer. So why the fuss now? He says that his entourage is upset to see the letter in the press, but haven't they leaked it themselves?

They stated that they "regret" the letter being circulated, which means that they're more upset at themselves for this being leaked out. The letter itself was released recently as the statement on July 15 was actually delivered verbally than in a written statement.

LIES...
At the same time, the bigger it is, the more it sinks in. I've already said that I'm going to continue at PSG next season, where I'm very happy.

The report that prompted Mbappé to respond (Tier 3):

PSG; Kylian Mbappé wants to join Real Madrid this summer

Ah ok, it was verbal, I misunderstood. thanks

Tier 1:

Girona and Real Madrid are negotiating to extend Reinier's loan.
  • The agreement depends on the distribution of his salary.
  • The player is delighted to stay at Montilivi.

Short translation:

  • There are other loan options, but Reinier prefers to return to Girona.
  • Girona don't want to pay Reinier's full salary.
    • His salary would be among the highest in the team.
    • Girona wants Real Madrid to pay part of the salary.

Juan Guillermo Cuadrado (35) confirms the renewal offer made to him by Juventus:

"They have made me a proposal, but at the moment I'm not thinking about it. I've told them to talk to me later (...) Hopefully we can reach an agreement and continue [playing] at a high level."

Source (Tier 1):

  1. Notwithstanding Cuadrado's statements, as of today the renewal is a cold track
  2. Juve and OM may resume talks over Milik [permanent transfer] in the coming days
  3. Before moving on to other midfielders, Juve await a definitive answer from Rabiot

Source (Tier 1):

Juventus executives will remain in Milan these hours to pursue the subject of departures. News from London is expected for Kulusevski, work in progress also for Zakaria, McKennie etc.

Source (Tier 1):

Exclusive. SL Benfica wants to sign Arda Güler. Meeting in Istanbul in the week of the Champions League final for a first approach with Fenerbahce.

The contract is worth 17.5 million euros. 18-year-old midfielder has several European clubs interested.

I dont know why Real Madrid are making early signings. Their preseason doesn't start anytime soon, Barcelona haven't made any signings and the window hasn't even opened yet. What's the point in getting players early? White text

Tier 1:

SL Benfica is not willing to pay the €17.5 million termination clause.

Fenerbahce does not want to negotiate because he believes that someone else will pay the value of the clause.

Source (Tier 1):

Milan sees in young Luka Romero a very interesting market opportunity.

The talented Argentinean, now a free agent, is highly regarded by the board.

There are Spanish teams interested in him.

Source (Tier 1 - Loïc Tanzi):

Antoine Griezmann's very interesting departure clause

Even if he has no desire to leave Atlético Madrid, Antoine Griezmann could see clubs make a move for him this summer, due to the his release clause amount.

Source (Tier 2):

Christophe Galtier Napoli's number 1 choice

Barely two weeks after PSG announced the end of their collaboration, Christophe Galtier could bounce back at Napoli, the 2023 Italian champions.
  • Napoli's managerial shortlist also includes Rudi Garcia and Paulo Sousa.
  • Galtier's expected to receive €6m in compensation once his contract is terminated.
    • Talks continue about the contract termination.
