@oneniltothearsenal
You took Suarez!!God is not going to forgive you.
It was a clever move to go for Kubala. You had an unimpeded chain there otherwise.God is not going to forgive you.
Aye, might open up some discussions, but when the ball is at the feet, will be beautiful.You took Suarez!!
Actually, I was hoping for a break in the chain. Bozsik and Didi will be an interesting sell
I didn't expect too much traffic with the Margyars+50's Barcelona, but they surprisingly overlapped a lot with Real players.It was a clever move to go for Kubala. You had an unimpeded chain there otherwise.
Did not know that! It's an interesting group of players to be sure.I didn't expect too much traffic with the Margyars+50's Barcelona, but they surprisingly overlapped a lot with Real players.
For example, did you know Kubala and Di Stefano played together? Not just at national level (like Gento), but at club level as well.
Played at Espanyol together.
Imagine that happening now, Real and Barca giants playing at the same clubs.
The interesting thing with Kubala was how rarely he played for the national side. If it weren’t for the politics, he probably would have played for the ‘54 team.. Can’t even imagine how much stronger it would have beenI didn't expect too much traffic with the Margyars+50's Barcelona, but they surprisingly overlapped a lot with Real players.

Spain about 15 matches, 6 matches for Czechoslovakia, and 3 matches for HungaryHe was playing for Spain, right?
I smell a 352, similar to what Theon plays in the P&G Draft4-4-2 diamond is the best fit. Not really keen in seeing Rivaldo in a 4-2-3-1.
Yeah Redondo could play at the base (and did at Madrid of course). He’d also be awesome as one of the pivots in a 3-5-2.4-4-2 diamond is the best fit. Not really keen in seeing Rivaldo in a 4-2-3-1.

Not sure on Redondo ahead of a libero in a 3-5-2. Lots of overlaps, imo. Put 2 defensively sound B2Bs in support and it's a solid diamond.Yeah Redondo could play at the base (and did at Madrid of course). He’d also be awesome as one of the pivots in a 3-5-2.
Your side looks amazing so farReckon he will be a bit potent combining with both Laudrup and Rivaldo.
