I didn't expect too much traffic with the Margyars+50's Barcelona, but they surprisingly overlapped a lot with Real players.

For example, did you know Kubala and Di Stefano played together? Not just at national level (like Gento), but at club level as well.

Played at Espanyol together.

Imagine that happening now, Real and Barca giants playing at the same clubs.

The interesting thing with Kubala was how rarely he played for the national side. If it weren’t for the politics, he probably would have played for the ‘54 team.. Can’t even imagine how much stronger it would have been

Not sure on Redondo ahead of a libero in a 3-5-2. Lots of overlaps, imo. Put 2 defensively sound B2Bs in support and it's a solid diamond.

Or maybe @Moby gets some enlightenment and plays a 4-3-2-1 :D
