Under-16 CM/AM.Who’s Ibrovic-Fletcher?

Who’s Ibrovic-Fletcher?
He just has no agility, gets done by the slightest pace/skill. Not much he can do about it sadly, could have been a decent player otherwise.Armer is quite a defensive liability. Good on the ball but has a bit of Lindelof in him even at this level.
We should advocate for specialised substitutions just for free kicks and get him in the PL squad for next season.Bend it like Thwaites.

Great delivery from Lacey and Thwaites, some first-team players should take notice. Also, it will be interesting to see Lusale and Plunkett next season, they haven't impressed me so far.
Think Plunkett has improved the last few times I have seen him -after a poor start
Plunkett joined the club around last March and was playing with our u16s. He’s been available all season.Similar to Kamason about a year ago, for me I can see the potential in Plunkett. Not the best positioning defensively and gets brushed of in one on ones but these characteristics can be developed. But I like that he plays with both feet, looks to play one twos, attempts to get beyond the attackers and can dribble decently.
Both him and Overy, similar to Lusale had issues with registration or similar and I’m sure this affects their settling in period. Hopefully they can all show progress with a full pre season behind them and added familiarity with the club.
The point wasn’t really about exactly when they joined really more their integration into the under 18 team and consistency of game time. Even considering the regular rotation.Plunkett joined the club around last March and was playing with our u16s. He’s been available all season.
When the point is about having registration issues and missing the start of the season, neither of which are applicable to Plunkett, then of course when he joined is relevant. The point wasn’t really about exactly when they joined really more their integration into the under 18 team and consistency of game time. I didn’t state all the players I referenced had registration issues, thus I said similar. The general point I was making for a player joining from a different club was there might be settling in time which would reflect in their performances. Which is neither applicable to Mills or Kukoni. When the point is about having registration issues and missing the start of the season, neither of which are applicable to Plunkett, then of course when he joined is relevant.
He played a similar amount as Kukonki or Mills. He was featuring in u18s squads since February 2024. He had no more excuses about integration into the u18s than any other first year scholar. Completely different to Overy and Lusale.
