Suarez misses a one on one but did well to set up Rafinha.

Just about to type "that was poor from Suarez", then decided to wait in case he did something with the ball, and he sets up the goal

I can't recall when was the last time barca played against fully fit team in europe..

This Sevilla team looks ridiculous, midfielders playing CB's, no pressing, they look lost because they are lost.

Im not entirely sure some of the Sevilla players on the pitch are fully fit though. Still its been a good game and Sevilla have had their chances.

Surprised not more was done with them at the World Cup
Problem is Rakitić played there as a holding mid, not closer to the goal as it should be. And we were awful against Mexico. Our mid is fantastic but other than Perišić we dont have a proper winger (Olić plays as RW), forwards Mandžukić and Kramarić and defense is poor.
Luckily few good talents are emerging, Ćorić, Pjaca, Vlašić, Balić..

So Barca won 2 European cups, let go of a legendary manager, lost another due to illness, fired one other, turned over half their starting line up and came back to win another European cup while looking this good all in the span of 3 years.

I guess it helps to have the greatest player ever.

And mere 7 months ago people were talking about crisis there.

I remember in Rakitić thread some saying he doesnt belong there and he sticks out cause he's not on the same level.
Madness. Rakitic is a great fit especially for this front three. He plays the ball early, is direct and can do a bit of everything. Very versatile.
