how much is alessandro worth and maybe this could be the time to involve a part exchange. although it don't have to be a midfielder..........

We might sell Veron to Lacio or Barcelona for about 30 M and then by d'allesandro for about 20M since he's a midfielder, too. We'd get 10 M of profit, add little bit of Yorkie's money and buy Hofland <img src="graemlins/devil.gif" border="0" alt="[Devil]" />

Agreed, where would he play? To justify that type of money, he would have to be a sure starter. And though he's got great skills/creativity, he has a J.Cole/Chadwick type physique, how effective would he be in the premiership?
