And just noticed this:

If there is a tie in the sum then it will be resolved as follows

• Manager who bid lower breaks would win
• If number of breaks are same then the manager who bed less number of players from one continent would win
• If even that is same then we would randomise amongst the managers involved.

Having lower breaks is compensated by getting early draft order in R1. Surely it's too much of advantage to extend that to tiebreakers too? #1 pick and a advantage in ties is pretty lopsided imo.

To cross something of my bucket list — never watched a chess game on a tele (well, on youtube). That was quite exciting, actually.

Its actually way more exciting a sport (game?) to watch than play if you are not great at it.

Acquired taste obviously but the tactics at times by the greatest grand masters of all time can mesmerize you.

One such player was Mikhail Tal. He was like the Chess version of total football. Attack and nothing else, sacrifice everything along the way.

Quite a few of his games available on youtube.
