For a club built on a never say die attitude with a history of great moments of pulling victory from the jaws of defeat we have a squad full of players who can not seem to remember the game is 90 minutes long.

I think it's a mental thing - the awareness that we are still short of our best, not sustaining pressure or being incisive enough makes anxiety set in and brings a little hesitancy (and/or panic) with it.
