From ShareholderUnited forum:

Commerzbank are now listed in media reports as being Glazer's new bankers.

I did some research on them and it turns out they are very helpful and solicitous on their website. I suggest we take them up on the offer.

To assist you in this regard, I have collected the emails in a single text file, separated by semi-colons ( ; ). Feel free to do a find-and-replace if you need them separated by commas.

It appears that attachments over 2meg get bounced. 5meg doesn't work, so I am told, but 2 meg does.

Sometimes it is worth sending the message several times to make sure that it gets through. Highlight text, Ctrl+C and ctrl+V is a nice easy way of copying and pasting the same information into the relevant fields. :)

You can even call them for free on 0800 279 2779

That's 0800 279 2779

i guess I won't be e-mailing them every hour on the hour then. :nono:

Anybody got a computer virus you can not send me so I won't be inclined to attached it the e-mail I am not going to send today?

Precaution said:
well they wont be getting 100 Pizza's and a Kebab delivered to their door, THATS for sure..

I don't want you to send a kebab to me ;)

This is a question about what I shouldn't do.....

Does it help at all if I were to paste an image off the internet, highlight it and paste it thousands of times, or is their a better way of not doing it?

Now you didn't make the size of the email too big did you?

Apparantly 2meg is OK in terms of size. And since this is the beginning, I would not be too bothered about undelivered items for now. There are a few people who are able to provide much more extensive and accurate lists........

DON'T keep it up....

....................FINANCIAL BACKERS

Regardless of whether United backs Glazer's bid this time, the American will still need the support of the club's two key Irish shareholders -- horseracing magnates J.P. McManus and John Magnier -- who between them own nearly 29 percent of the club.

It was the failure to get the Irish on board that led to Glazer's last bid attempt falling apart, causing United to end the takeover talks.

"If you've got two 30 percent shareholders, nothing much is going to happen unless they can agree," said a third source close to the process.

A spokesman for Cubic Expression, the investment vehicle of McManus and Magnier, declined to comment other than to say the two were long term investors in the club.

Another question mark is who Glazer will approach to back his bid. Reports on Monday said the financier had teamed up with Germany's Commerzbank AG, which he has been close to in the past.

Commerzbank declined to comment although sources close to the bank said it had already started receiving emails from United fans incensed at its involvement with Glazer.

Other sources said the American could be back in talks with J.P. Morgan. Although the U.S. investment back walked away from Glazer when he voted down United's board members, a source close to the matter said at the time it would consider working with him again if he was on friendly terms with the club.

United fans were out in force expressing their opposition to any fresh bid from Glazer.

"He can bid as often as he wants, we don't want him no matter how much he offers," said Mark Longden, spokesman for the Independent Man Utd Supporters Association (IMUSA).

By the way the e-mail string, AEBM, has errors in it.....took a little while to figure it out. the word E-MAIL: is in there and some spaces after the @ in some of the entries........hotmail doesn't like that and won't send any e-mails if it finds errors.
I won't send any more tomorrow.

Don't send these people emails with attachments under 3MB. It would only annoy them

Anyone speak German?

"bitte horen Sie auf, mir emails zu schicken!"

What about a couple of loads of manure now and then to a lucky lot - no no that is a nasty thing to send to anybody and really should not be considered under any circumstances - I am going to do a hundred lines - I must not think nasty thoughts about that nice Mr Glazer and not think manure in connection with his name -- that fkn demented evil hairy midget

Good thing I dont have to send all those people emails with
"not for sale" banners.
Spread the word!

Yep - it means : Please stop sending me e-mails.

So now you know this is a valid e-mail address and the nice person has asked you nicely _ I trust you will NOT send them anymore e-mails

Merry Christmas to all and a Glazer free New Year (Though I cannot condone the bombarding of e-mails, sending round of Pizzas etc)

Wow! This thread is weird!!!

Well, not as weird as events at the Santiago Bernabeu I guess...

For no reasons, the referee halted the game with the score 1-1 in the 88th minute and pointed the teams toward the tunnel. An announcement over the public-address system appealed for an orderly evacuation, and the fans appeared to follow instructions.

Anyone knows what happened?

Thank god this type of nonsense doesn't happen twice a day during peak hours!

Have we just been through a time-warp or something? ;)

VII- You also posted this on the shareholdersunited forum. Were you not aware that it happened over a week and a half ago?
