ETH doesn't do rotation (which is one of the main reason why I think he'll never become a top manager). So I guess best hope for a cameo.
Hard to really say that, he's never really had a settled team to rotate.

When you average 10 first team players out the whole season, there's always someone coming back from injury to bring back on & rarely start the same 11. Yes, it's hard to rotate.

He is getting chances with first team so it is a good sign. Already 4 appearances, limited minutes, but not like we have been 3 goals up when he got them so it is quality time even if it is 9 minutes. Solid so far.

I like the fact that he has come on in the full back role and did well there too. He seems eager to impress and wasn’t intimidated in the little I saw. Talent wise I think he could be in the league where if he makes starts he will then be in rotation.
