That's great. I assume it won't be available in Ireland though.

Great idea. Hopefully the clubs can build on this.

Welcome to Manchester reception committee
Did BT pay for their games or were the rights free?
Just wondering if they'll be pissed off or not.
BT and BBC were getting their live WSL games and MOTD highlights for free, but they were covering the filming and outside broadcast expenses etc.

At a guess, the FA will have asked them to carry on covering those expenses in return for them getting the first choice of games. The FA often put one of the non-televised games on their Facebook page, so this just follows up on that idea really - hopefully with a more reliable HD service and proper commentators. So using a bit of their new found bargaining power for a good cause really :smirk:

Hopefully this is the FA testing out what it will be like to move out of the dark ages and offer a streaming service for the PL.

Great news and sensible from the FA's perspective to try and build on the momentum of the WWC and get more interest in the Women's game before potentially trying to profit off it down the line.
