I have 2 kids. One loves dogs. The other is scared shitless. I’ve tried introducing and she’s terrified. It’s not a learnt behaviour.
Maybe have some empathy for parents and stop posting like a cnut.

Lying little shit.
We have had a few dogs, and the one that has been living the longest will turn 16 this year. He looks nothing like the ones in the pictures. I would be very surprised if any dog that size, who is over 15 years old, could even sit like that, let alone stand on their own for a long time. Not to mention, their eyesight and fur would be mostly gone or just becoming too spotty. It was pretty obvious that that dog was not 31 (at least to my uneducated eyes).
I'd say at best it's pushing 17-18.
