America has long had a love affair with the gun and of course as a result there are many web sites devoted to their passion:

I just found this site and it's just confusing to me that the enthusiasts have such a passion for their hobby...

I wouldn't really mind but how often do you hear about a disgruntled employee going on a shooting spree?...

And that's not even counting all the times you hear about a young child finding his parent's weapon and playing with it with fatal results...

tis usually the Charlton Heston freaks and white trash who are so big on the right to bear armms sitting in their trailor parks in the Tenessese valley, strumming banjos , waiting for armegeddon/ ATF to come knocking.
