Cantona - Transformed us when we needed transforming. Elevated us to new heights at the opportune moment. Changed the face of United and the league.
SAF, Busby, Charlton. No explanation required.

1. Ronaldo.
2. Ruud Van Nistelrooy
3. Roy Keane
4. Wayne Rooney
Edit, thought it was playing legends.
1 is Sir Alex and remove Rooney.

Atko, Tony O Neill, Paddy Roche, and one of the sikh loyalists behind the bench (are they still there?).
Can understand people nominating Alex Ferguson, but the more time passes since his resignation the more you can see he never really had the club's interests at heart.

My rule for Mount Rushmore is that they can't be active players (I'd strongly consider De Gea) and I want to limit it to just players of my lifetime (1985-) so having said that Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Sir Alex & Eric Cantona

What makes you think that? Curious not looking to start an argument.

Also haven't seen those lads next to the bench in a while, Id heard they moved their seats sometime after Fergie left when they renewed their season tickets and then stopped going. No idea if that's true however.

Sir Matt Busby, Sir Alex Ferguson, Sir Bobby Charlton and the fourth one is a bit tricky.
Possibly Cantona.

Hadn't thought about Busby!

Could go with Matt Busby, Alex Ferguson, Bobby Charlton & Roy Keane.

As for classic representation of United:
Sir Alex, Sir Matt, Sir Bobby & Giggs

As for representation in a "I am arrogant/famous enough to warrant an OTT rock face"
Zlatan, Cantona, Ronaldo, Beckham

Who do United fans consider to be a bigger legend, Giggs or Scholes?

Tough one. Scholes doesn't have the dirt on him that has soured Giggs reputation (the infidelity) and is perhaps considered the better player at their bests (and past their bests too) but Giggs was in every PL winning team and obviously has bigger numbers. Also, a lot of people that were born in the 90's really missed when Giggs broke onto the scene and the feeling you got from watching Giggs back then. Scholes is also born and raised in the area whereas Giggs was born and lived in Wales until the age of around 10 or so.

Its close but I'd say Scholes when all things are considered.

Giggs for me, there's nothing that Paul has achived that Ryan hasn't while Giggs has the appearance record to send him over the top.
Ryan had two full careers with us as a winger and AM which is ridiculous
