It seems nobody believes Avram Grant is a long term solution for the Blues any longer:

Chelsea To Turn To Zola?

Chelsea are reportedly considering turning to legend Gianfranco Zola in a bid to bring supporters back on side as the Blues threaten to implode following their loss of form and the departure of Jose Mourinho from Stamford Bridge.

The Daily Express claims that Chelsea are considering a bringing Gianfranco Zola back to the club alongside World Cup-winning coach Marcello Lippi. Chelsea have stressed they are keeping faith with current boss Avram Grant, but it seems nobody believes the Israeli is really Mournho's long-time successor.

Owner Roman Abramovich wants to bring back Zola, now helping to run Italy’s Under-21 team, as a coach to rescue a season that is falling apart. However, Zola, like Grant, does not have a UEFA Pro licence, but is working towards it with the Italian FA. Chelsea want to tempt him back to his beloved Bridge with an established international name alongside him – and World Cup winner Lippi is the man.

You might want to talk to noodle.

He thinks manager stories go in here, largely because he is a lazy pigeon.
