Has been average in possesion, but he plays some good long balls and seems a good all round player.
There is a considerable difference in the discipline of the 2 sides.
Cole looked good last season starting, but has stagnated since.
Blackett to LB, move Buttner up to a LW where he used to play and naturally stretch the player exposing the man advantage. Could prove to be a very wise tactical change.

I assumed that he'd look desperate to get in the first team and sometimes look to do too much. Looks more like he cant be arsed though, you can see the same when he gets the odd run out in the first team.
