Bring on game 7. Spoelstra should sit Wade and Bosh for the rest of the game. You're either in to play, or you're out.

Excellent win and once again Indiana respond to a Miami win. They absolutely decimated Miami in the paint and on the rebounds. This is just too much for LeBron to do by himself, at least 2 of the role players need to support him more, especially since Bosh & Wade have gone AWOL. At least the freak (Birdman) will return which should help slightly.

If Indiana play with intensity and stick to their basic game of moving the ball and dumping it inside, I think they'll win. But LeBron might have the final say and drag them to the finals. This is beautifully poised

What I am more worried about is the intensity shown by wade. The intensity picked up in the 4th quarter when both wade and bosh were sitting. I think LeBron will go beast mode in the next game. I can actually see Pacers beating miami again.

Still think Heat will come out on top in game 7. Spurs vs Heat will be an interesting battle but advantage still with the Heat.

Actually, if we beat the Heat, we'd be the best team in the league! Even if we lost to the Spurs I would still claim to be the best...which is a compliment to the Heat!

No, they won't. That doesn't make any sense. You claim whatever you want, whether anyone else agrees is a different issue.

I don't think Pacers will win the game. Going against the home crowd, LeBron and refs in game 7 will be nearly impossible. George and Stephenson will be the key again for the Pacers. Let's see which Stephenson turns up.

Miami will win the series in 7.

I hope that we beat the Heat enough so that it is easier for Spurs. This is possibly the last hurrah for Pop, Duncan, Man Utd and Parker. 5 in 5 will be terrific.

Well Wade has come out and blamed "not getting enough opportunities" for his and Bosh's poor show. It seems like there is bit of a divide in the big 3. I personally think Lebron was a bit stupid with his Cavaliers comment but still if wade was playing well, he would've been more involved. He currently is showing no passion because of all the glory lebron is getting. Not a nice situation for Miami. I am not sure about the game 7 now. Pacers have a great chance.
Specially since we don't know what kind of lebron will turn up in the game 7.
He might be a bit passive so that Wade and other players get more touches.

If anything Miami need him to be a bit more aggressive, obviously he needs to find a bit of a balance. If it wasn't for him, pacers would've already won the series. Wade needz to man up....he will get more chances if he starts atleast making layups.
Both bosh and wade were benched in the fourth quarter thats how bad its gotten.

Well that's bollocks. His shooting has been abysmal, and his passing game hasn't been good enough to compensate for his inability to drive to the rim as much. They can't afford to let him shoot his way out of the slump, and Lebron is smoking hot at the moment.

Lebron looked tired this past game, they can't survive with him on the bench, and he's putting in superhuman effort on both ends of the court. Someone has to step up soon. I don't see Bosh or Wade doing that though, bunch of pussies.

Lebron is going to put in a performance like he did against Boston last year. He knows its all on his head so he takes that pressure. Wade is an embarrassment for coming out with that comment you where missing lay ups at the rim. We expect Bosh to get dominated in a series like this because of West and Hibbert but what he us giving is pitiful.

I think the Spurs will beat both of them. Spurs have the front court size and defence to bring Hibbert back to his normal level he is not THIS good. Parker is the best point guard in the NBA this season imo and has been improving as the playoffs have gone on and the Spurs play the best basketball. Just Lebron won't beat them and the Pacers are not good enough imo.

I expect Miami to win like Shinji said a Pacers-Spurs final Stern would hate that and I just expect Wade and Bosh to combine for a decent game plus Birdman, Haslem and Cole. Allen and Battier have been shocking. Will be a great game though I can't wait. If Hill and Stephenson show up the heat have a game on their hands.

At this moment, I'd rather see Indiana in the finals. They're playing as a team and would match up better against the spurs.

Miami is currently playing as 'LeBron and 7 others who may turn up but probably won't so it's just LeBron.' As much as I like Bron-Bron, that would bore me.

On a side note, I will no longer refer to LeBron as 'LeChoke' as I had done in the past. His form the past 12 months is equivalent to Messi/Ronaldo and he's by far the best player in the NBA.

Hibbert is fined $75,000 for a 'no homo' comment in the presser after the game & for rightly calling the journalists motherfeckers (jokingly) for not paying him and Indian attention during the regular season.

God help the PC world.

Would we be in the finals now If Vogel didn't take Roy out during the last few plays of game 1?

Miami will win the series in 7.

We will never known though I doubt Miami would have lost two straight at home.

You are probably right. However, I'll still look back at it as a missed opportunity.

My reverse jinx didn't work this time and the cnuts did win it in 7.

Out comes my Duncan jersey. Go Tim!

Though Miami will win the finals in 4.

That was pretty much a perfect performance from Miami.

Great intensity, particularly on D stopping Indiana getting into the paint. Very good rotation/ball movement on offense and they were just hungrier. Finally, the other players turned up to help LeBron and Indiana couldn't deal with it.

Pacers really impressed me these playoffs. Not sure what the contract situations are with their players, but if they can add some more depth and another shooter they'll be a threat.

Finals should be good. I doubt Pop will rest anyone this time round. Hoping for a Spurs win in 6.

Yeah I agree with this.
Hibbert is too slow with his moves so when the double team comes he can't move quick enough to get a good shot off. Bosh's shots are still not dropping but he got EIGHT Rebounds! He will find it easier against Duncan and Splitter. If they played with that effort all series it would have been over in 5 or 6
in all honesty. Wade was aggressive and he kept getting those offensive rebounds he did well. Lebron was Lebron he will get 25 plus points every night. he defended Paul George so well also. Norris Cole I like him more and more everytime I watch him he will be the Heat's starting point guard in the future. His defensive pressure on the ball handler is immense and he made a coupe of three's two he was consistent the whole series.

Pacers are going to be a threat now they will have Granger come back and if the can get a couple more shooters and George Hill and Paul George improve their ball handling they will be up there with Miami and Chicago.

Spurs vs Heat will be great too early for me too call it I have to see a couple of games my heart wants Spurs but I think Miami will do it. They will get more production from Bosh and Wade has asked to be involved more which means 15 plus shots and I think he will get that. With even decent contributions from the other heat players Lebron always puts them in that position to win.

I wish game 7 was more hard fought from the Pacers. That said, they have had an excellent season. No shame in going out this way. Granger is coming back, but they have to make some bench reinforcements if they want to stay ahead of the pack in the East (especially the Bulls, with Rose returning next season). Credit to the Heat sans Lebron for finally pulling their thumbs out their asses and playing ball.

I think the Spurs will take it in 6. Lebron is amazing, but he can't do it all against the Spurs, who have paint and perimeter scoring in abundance. I've not seen anything to convince me that Wade and Bosh will be consistent producers for 4 games out of 7.

Spurs have had a good rest but that could also work against them since the Heat have been more in the flow of things. The Spurs have to do it all again and get back to match level fitness/thinking very quickly.

I agree they have had too much rest. 5 days is enough to recharge 9 days you will get rusty. I don't expect them to win the first game but if they take one in Miami and two at home they will then have two chances to close it out. The 2-3-2 format favours the team with home court advantage in all honesty.

Will be a great series I can't pick a team. Leaning slightly to the Spurs.

Finals start tonight. My prediction (and hope) is that the Spurs win in 6, although I believe the Heat will be eventual winners. Hope it's a good and competitive series.

Really underrated, he's always left out in discussion when it comes to best PG in the game right now and he probably has more rings than the rest of them combined.

Good game - LeBron did a lot right, but Kawhi prevented him from really going off - but I think we'll see Bron adjust come game 2. Wade played well for about 24 minutes, which is a fair bit going by the standards he's set this postseason.

Spurs didn't play all THAT well, but still got the big win, and more importantly for them, Man Utd scored a few points, he hasn't had the best playoffs

Entertaining, closely contested first game in the NBA Finals. Parker had an excellent performance punctuated by that late, slightly fortunate bucket that secured the win for San Antonio. Duncan had an effective second half performance after picking up two early fouls that led to a somewhat subdued first quarter in terms of offensive influence. The Spurs made significant adjustments in the second half to nullify Miami's productivity largely stemming from three pointers and fast break opportunities.

Miami looked jaded in the fourth quarter which I think could most likely be attributed to the grueling 7 match series they had against Indiana in the Eastern conference finals. The adverse effects from the previous series particularly showed on Lebron who arguably carried Miami to the finals but even though he had a solid game today characterized by an impressive triple double, his impact considerably diminished in the fourth quarter.

Overall, I expect the Heat - Spurs series to be a long and enjoyable encounter. I'm looking forward to Game 2 to see how the Heat respond to being one down to a strongly organized and fluid San Antonio team.
