It's called forum moderation, We volunteer our time and enegry into doing our best to make the site run smoothly. I'm probably the most work shy out of all of us but I'm thinking of taking a little step right now to make this forum run a lot more smoothly at this very moment, because what we find in the course of our duties is that some people can't handle being moderated very well. IN such cases it would best for them to do the honorable thing and feck off but sometimes we have to do it for them.
