 a couple boring matches and it's a shit tournament?
yes because the quality of football has been poor throughout. it is more about quality than entertainment for me and the world cup is showing that at the international level, quality is lacking - if this is the football on show at the top end of the club level, we would be livid.

Another game ruined by a lucky goal in the starting minutes. Wanted Argentina to win it before this tournament started, now i can't stand them.

How bad is Di Maria injury? Is he out of the WC or is there a chance that he can make the final ( if Argentina reaches the final)?

Moyes first muppet expensive buy as United manager is Fellaini.

I rest my case.

Wilmots seems ridiculously unimaginative and predictable. Chadli ffs.

Similar game to germany-france,people expected france and belgium to make problems or even pass germany and argentina but they were both awful.

Another shite match, Belgium are a Moyes team
The manager is an idiot. Lukaku should have started that match. Origi and Fellaini should have been on the bench.

Put Hazard in as the number 10. Or Maybe even Dembele.

Fellaini just encourages negative football. The game was lost as soon as he started.
Ha ha, hazard was fecking appalling, that was their problem. So awful he had to be subbed, and Belgium then improved. Bu not a word on that from you of course!

Belgium were so bad. Their best idea in attack seemed to be to lump it forwards. Awful.

Up to you now, Aloysius. Send Costa Rica home, then give a bollocking to Argentina. Can't stand that side, honestly. They won fair and square tonight, that ain't it. I just find them utterly dull.

Out of all the teams left Holland have been the most consistently convincing.

Now watch them lose to Costa Rica

Should have let Adnan appear.
Have you seen him when he played, there's a reason he is on the bench, also I don't think he would have been able to cope with the physicality of the game.

Absolutely disgusted by our performance today, both players and manager showed zero will to win. Argentina was there for the taking ffs.
Yep.....very disappointing. Hazard was invisible, Fellaini actually put a bit of effort in but is clearly not up to standard. No one else really stepped up - had Mertens or De Bruyne been more influential, there may have been a chance.

Neither, merely pointing out that you're talking out of your ass and on top of that you seem to be stupid too.
Stop attacking someone who's smarter than you just because you have high regard for Fellani and rate him. I was commenting why Fellaini as being arrogant when the journo asked a letigimate question.

If some player who's playing shit in their club and was about to he shipped out being asked such question, a dignified answer would be "I always try to play good football and I have been helping my country to progress and so far I am happy with my performance..."

That would be an honest answer and would stop the journo from immuliating him.

Instead he said "I don't need to prove anything as I have been in professional football for 8 years"

If that's not arrogant what is?!!

So bottom line is, if you're not stupid the way you responded to my post, what is! lol

I was actually fuming watching this Belgium team. Argentina are very average. If I was Belgian I'd actually be ridiculously pissed. At no point did the players look like they were interested and the tactics were terrible. You have a team of very good technical players yet you play hoof ball to Fellaini I haven't seen such unimaginative play for a long time.

You're just proving my point as for now, I have attacked you talking out of your ass, this idiotic twist of his words/interpretation was dispelled long time ago and you bring it up just to start a shit storm. If you're too dumb to understand that, there's not much I can do about it.

And yea, adding 'lol' at the end of your post makes you look like a fecking Einstein as well. I'm out.

Bit of an improvement from Argentina today. Not too much, but at least there was a bit.

Really comfortable win, barely looked troubled.

They'd have done better with 10 men and him gone. I hate him. Awful Footballer.
Yeah, LVG will almost certainly ship him out like Rodgers did to Caroll. Awful, awful player at this level.

Why didn't he play Januzaj? I know he's young and risky but Belgium needed some creativity and he would have been perfect for that.

Argentina are easily the most boring team in this WC. No idea why Brazil get so much hate in comparison to them.

di maria higuain had a great game, biglia is a big improvement over gago imo, brings alot of needed balance to the team, and i even prefer basanta to rojo.

a nice team performance from argentina today, messi still reserving himself, but some incredible moments every time he gets the ball, so i almost don't fault him since he's still making things happen.

He was shit and looked out of his depth against South Korea. His time will come eventually.

You're a terrible poster (who probably can't have an intellectual skill or reasonable debate). If you keep insulting someone the way you did, I will put you on ignore!

The interview happened yesterday and I don't get what you meant by long time ago! What an idiot

Belgium deserve to go home because of Wilmots' absolutely crap decision making. That team is capable of beating that Argentinian team. Wilmots got it all wrong. Terrible management.

Belgium got the ball somewhere in the area of the goal and then it all just ended. Feeling sad for the Belgians, I really hoped for more for them :)

Must be so frustrating for Januzaj to see Mertens and Chadli get brought on instead of him. Both have been woeful this tournament and unlike Januzaj have been given plenty of chances to impress. I'm obviously not privy to what goes on behind closed doors but Januzaj must be having a shocker in training to be behind those two in the pecking order.
