Does that make United a Sanchez reject?Barca reject.
Does that make United a Sanchez reject?Barca reject.
Do we still have the gayest post of the week thread? He isn't in Shaw or Herrera's class.
Handsomeness wise.
You don't know if United were in for him.Does that make United a Sanchez reject?
Barca rejects, in general, are good enough to start for most other clubs.Barca reject.
Stoichkov disagreesBarca reject.
The players in the front six guaranteed a place when everyone's fit will be Ramsey, Ozil, Sanchez and Walcott. How those four best line up will determine if Chamberlain, Wilshere, Giroud or Cazorla are starting and what CM we sign. The worry's that neither Sanchez nor Theo will be able to play as a lone striker in the Prem and Giroooo has to play another 50 games.-----------Khedira-----Ramsey-----------

That's a solid attack, I think Wenger really wants that title now. It will depend on if they can add to Sanchez and maybe bring in a top centre forward. Another thing, Arsenal need to improve on their record against the top 5/6 teams, they end up dropping a lot of points.
Of course he regressed, they didn't need him in the first place and resorted to playing him out of position for more than 2 seasons.Rakitic is a better player than Fabregas who has slightly regressed since joining Barcelona.
That's an excellent deal. For me, Barcelona somehow got out on top.Money aside, it's Cesc and Alexis for Rakitic and Suárez.
Did you miss Berbatov's then?I'm watching the Suarez goals against Norwich at Anfield this season. One of the best hattricks I've ever seen.
Lambert > Sanchez."Liverpool pulled out of talks with Alexis Sanchez after finding out that he isn't a Southampton player"
ExcellentSanchez statement:
Desde ninyo ha sido mi suenyo de llegar a estar cuarto en el Premier League
Ty....Excellent
It was no effort mate, I just read itTy....
Tried to be subtle...glad you made the effort
Did you make this post without reading the thread? Each day, I think this place couldn't get more ridiculous...
He's not even played a competitive game yet, ffs.
Well that's not entirely what it said though, is it?Did you make this post without reading the thread?
There have been 2 posts since yesterday. 1 is just a Tweet containing an article and the other is a post saying he's very talented. So exactly what are you finding ridiculous about "this place"?
Since when does he disappear in big games? Scored in a few Clásicos, scored an almost-league clinching goal against Atlético, played very well in the World Cup...As much as I wanted him here I have doubts that he's the player who's going to take them to the top again. IMO he's alot like their other players. Like Özil he's very talented but has a tendancy to disappear in big games which is where Arsenal have been failing the most in latter years. It's been said that Arsenal lack leaders on the pitch and I don't think that Sanchez will fix that.
I see so one post with a whiff of criticism (whilst also being very complimentary) means this whole place is ridiculous? fecking hell. Touchy much?Well that's not entirely what it said though, is it?
The tweet was highlighting the fact Sanchez is going to get the Ozil treatment of been criticized no matter what happens, and the post following it immediately likened him to Ozil as a player with no hint of irony.
More of an anticipatory reaction from Don, I imagine.I see so one post with a whiff of criticism (whilst also being very complimentary) means this whole place is ridiculous? fecking hell. Touchy much?
I don't know about his big game record but has always come across as a fighter to me. But the good kind, not the "lunatic who bits and stamps on people" kind.Since when does he disappear in big games? It was a pre-emptive strike, yes.More of an anticipatory reaction from Don, I imagine.
Indeed. I'd say Fighter is a good description, he's a tenacious little bastard who never stops working.I don't know about his big game record but has always come across as a fighter to me. But the good kind, not the "lunatic who bits and stamps on people" kind.
Yup. He's got everything in his locker to be a smashing success in the premier league. Strong, aggressive, quick, skillful and a regular goalscorer. If it clicks for him at arsenal, he could devastatingly good. The only that worked against him in spain was that hes a direct player and maybe not absolutely at home in barca's patient and technical tiki taka. No such problems in England where there's a slight lee way when it comes to technical, certainly as compared to barcelona.I don't see how this transfer can possibly fail personally. He's built for this league and it's been obvious since his Udinese days.
I said he's very talented and that i'd have wanted him here, he's a great signing for Arsenal in a number of ways. Is he the last piece of the puzzle to get Arsenal back to challengin for the title? That's what I wanted to discuss, and why should Özil be free from critisism? He rightfully got plenty of praise at the start of the season and it should be allowed to critizise his performances in big games, they haven't been good enough for a ~50 million signing IMO. From wht I've seen of Sanchez at Barca he might have a similar year as Özil's had.Well that's not entirely what it said though, is it?
