Any info on this lad we've got on our books guys? Seems to be a speed freak. Ran the 100m in 10.99 and broke olympian Darren Campbell's record in the process.

Central defender, capped by Eng youth, played a couple of u18 games last season, just won the Milk Cup. Great talent.

A centre back?! If he turns out to be a good defender then he'd be unstoppable. No attacker will run past him.

Think he has captained England and United at U16 levels.

Supposed to be highly rated.

Never ran a race before and he's getting those times?! It's only when I knew of people who competed at quite a high level I realised how important technique can be,

The funny thing is he can look quite slow and lethargic over the first couple of yards and gets beaten for pace quite often but obviously he has the speed over a longer distance. He did well in the Milk Cup playing against older players

A big, strong defender who's also good on the ball.Surprise to know he's actually that fast over long distance.

Whilst impressive, centre-halves will never have to "open their legs" that much in a game so being lightning quick over 100m isn't really that helpful to him. It sounds like he has to improve his agility and speed over shorter distances, which shouldn't be too difficult to achieve through a specialised programme.

Captain of both United and England u-16 teams? Exciting prospect, by the sounds of it.

If it looks like he isn't going to make it at premier league or championship level I wouldn't be surprised if he goes into athletics, Adam Gemili who is now Britain's best young sprinter was once a footballer player at Dagenham.

He seems to put in some solid performances recently after his shaking start of the campaign.Anyone think he won't stay long at this level before being promoted?Amazingly still a schoolboy.

Isn't it quite useful when you are playing a high line? Seen Smalling put the afterburners on a few times to good effect in situations where an opposition forward might have broken through our back line.

Tuanzebe is surely ahead of him in the pecking order. Perhaps BJ as well, even though he's yet to play CB this season. Williams is a fine prospect but not quite as mature as the two aforementioned and just last weekend he really should have done better for one of Everton's goals. I think he'll stay where he is for the remainder of the season. No shame in that at his age.

Yeah I mean next season.Although Tuanzebe will likely to be promoted before him.

Is the 'S' actually capitalised then?

'Ravel' used to have an apostrophe in it. After that disappeared, we all know how his story turned out.

For Williams' sake, I hope the 'S' never turns lower case.

Have been impressed by him recently.Looks much more assured than he was at the start of the season. Can see him become too good for the U18s soon enough.

Captained the U18s today whilst still an U16s (due to Tuanzebe's absence but that's very impressive still).

Will be U18s captain this season.Second U18s captain as a first year scholar since Gary Neville (first one was Tuanzebe).
