the Freddie-Me combo
Too old, ------ --- on the other hand...Rob Rensenbrink - unfortunate not play in the Ajax side.. otherwise he'd have alot more medals to his name. @Jogabonito
Such a great player. Got massively underrated a couple of drafts a go when me and crappy had him.Bruno Conti.
He's always been under-rated. Even in the World Cup draft when he was one of the stars of '82.Such a great player. Got massively underrated a couple of drafts a go when me and crappy had him.
It's probably the best way to fit him. Think about it, one of the key difficulties in WM is the wingers have to add value going forward but, crucially, keep coming and going all game patrolling the flank. It's basically inverse attacking fullbacks, they start from an attacking position but must "provide width" in defence. Boniek and Ljungberg are actually pretty fecking spot on for it as well. Effenberg can do a more dynamic/defensively dominating Bozsik...
Interested to see what you do. I thought you may try the WM. I don't think Gerrard is a bad fit in that system actually.
Bruno Conti.
He is only sexy in the gay community, but you sure can't fault him for his directness, tactical discipline and hard work. Or can you?anto already bigging up Freddie
If you offered me Morena now instead of whatever the randomiser throws up I'd bite your hand. But yeah, agree you don't need a strike pair with him, what you need is inside/wing forwards who support him effectivel. Good luck.As much as I like Morena, having a striker there makes things so awkward.. I prefer playing one up top Fingers crossed for Rumenigge
Spot on about the DoF defender round, I mentioned that to MJJ when I PMed him. It's actually going to have a huge affect on how the players will be best utilised so it makes future planning difficult - the difference between Sammer and Cafu, as you say. It's probably the best way to fit him. Problem is who the hell I get in the FWD DoF and, crucially, what the feck to do if after going in that direction the DoF defender randomiser presents me with someone like Cafú. What do I do then? Shove him up my bottom?
Forwards are next. You will be second to last after the defenders are randomised.Really wanted a defender, but will wait for the randomizer to do it's job and as I'm near top of the coming picks, should be a advantage there
I thought you were going for a 4-4-2.My midfield is complete. What do you guys think of it?
...Nedved.....Neeskens...Beckham...
................Mascherano................
Edit: And I really hope Mascherano is the one fecking off to Argentina.
Ah, feck. Just realized I changed the order in OP. Always had defenders as 2nd pool, but must have changed it before posting. Duh!Forwards are next. You will be second to last after the defenders are randomised.
No After Neeskens, I switched to a 4-3-3 or a 4-1-3-2.I thought you were going for a 4-4-2.
Dayum!I pick Amoros.
I could have done with the defenders getting assigned next, I can basically do feck all until I know who I get and the more mdifielders I get the more I'm forced to go WM later. Will probably have to roll the dice on that because there's feck all chance I can get the right defenders so late in the game.Ah, feck. Just realized I changed the order in OP. Always had defenders as 2nd pool, but must have changed it before posting. Duh!
I don't really like it if I'm honest. That midfield is too far away from the forwards if it's 4-1-3-2, and if you go 4-3-3 Beckham doesn't look very comfortable, nor is Neeskens best utilised (not badly, but not best). If you are not going 4-4-2 pray it is Becks fecking off to Argentina. No After Neeskens, I switched to a 4-3-3 or a 4-1-3-2.
Surprised the other full backs went before him considering he can play on both sides. Sucks to have a RB and pick up Cafu from the DoF for example.Dayum!
Agreed. I'm stuck in a waiting room re: defenders but there was no doubt in my mind if I were to pick one not thinking of a WM Amoros was the obvious future-proof choice.Surprised the other full backs went before him considering he can play on both sides. Sucks to have a RB and pick up Cafu from the DoF for example.
Quick scan of homepage shows @BigDunc9 and @Thisistheone are online, maybe they can help?OK, I've asked trippy and crw to randomize the order. Hopefully one responds.

Mate. PM me with the final list. Not a problem
Great, it's the forwards DoF list on the first page that needs randomising. Not a problem
Ok, will do.Mate. PM me with the final list.
Cool. 5 min lads.Great, it's the forwards DoF list on the first page that needs randomising.
